“The pool is small, and the towels in the pool area were never stocked. We had to ask for towels all 3 times we used it. Smoke detector was missing with wires hanging. I had to alert staff who didn’t take it as serious as it should be. Eventually someone found me a working smoke detector. The room was clean on the surface but smelled musty. Bathroom tile was filthy, room smelled bad, When we got off the elevator there was large pieces of furniture stacked outside the elevator yet there was no signs stating “forgive our mess” our hall was party central yelling and hollering down the hallway through out the night. “BED BUGS! I chose this hotel of the convenience for our tournament weekend, and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We found bed bugs in our room after already settling in. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
Yes, the hotel switched us to another room, but once you find bed bugs, the damage is done. Instead of enjoying the weekend, we spent the rest of the trip stressed about our luggage, clothes, and possibly bringing bugs home with us.

“The pros: central location, breakfast was full each morning and check in was quick.
The cons: the hotel room entrance was not secure. “Check in was fast and easy. The decor and finishings are very modernized for the cost per night.
No complaints about cleanliness- not to say it was perfect, but overall it was a very comfortable stay and we slept great.

“The bathroom had missing handles on the faucet.
The microwave was burned out and rusty inside, could not be used. I try to use one in the breakfast bar area that one didn’t work they said the power was out. When I asked for a replacement, they decided to put me in a different room, and it wasn’t much better.
The rooms were dark and dingy.
The bathroom was under maintain needs remodeling.
The breakfast was horrible had pancakes, old bagels, and I think yogurt was all I can recall. No meat...
