“Our villa was very spacious and quiet. The wraparound deck had lots of seating and a great view. Everything we had at the restaurant on the property was delicious and it was a short walk to beautiful Sapodilla beach.”

“Clean and comfortable with a simple, modern vibe. Friendly, responsive, helpful staff. It met my expectations for a boutique hotel in this price range. We had a penthouse suite, which I believe was well worth the extra expense. The extra space indoors & outdoors, higher floor views, and private hot tub really elevated our experience. Very happy with the nearby amenities (walkable) including a quaint beautiful beach (Smith’s Reef), several great restaurants (Baci & Mango Reef), and a cafe open...

“Beautiful resort for a great price! We arrived an extra day early and couldn’t stay at our planned resort and this was a great find for a reasonable extra night! We got a courtyard view but could still see the ocean! Beautiful roof top pools with stunning view. Highly recommend. ”

“My husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay. Rock was a most gracious host. Any questions we had, he was there to answer and he was able to provide any extras we needed. He also suggested places to eat and supermarkets close by, he had us covered. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable, not too far from anything on the island. We would most surely stay again on another visit. Thank you so much Rock for your hospitality!”
