“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”

“The resort was at the beach and Grace Bay was amazing. Having an umbrella, towels and beach bed was awesome. Restaurant was ok but pricey as do all of Grace Bay. Room was clean and everything was working. We booked the ocean view but was given a first floor ocean view and was blocked by the dunes so no ocean view. Resort was not fully booked so not sure why we didn’t get the higher ocean view room. Lesson learned. Resort was 20 mins walk from the main shopping strip and you’ll need a car or get...
