The house was beautiful & clean. It was also very modern & comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We enjoyed sitting outside by the pool & the atmosphere was great!

Great Week at Villa Vivace!
We had a great week at Villa Vivace! The villa is beautiful and is in a nice location in Leeward. The property was very clean with very nice appliances. We were greeted at he villa with a tour of the property and with some snacks, beer and water which was a nice touch! The driveway is gated, and the villa has an easy-to-use security system, not that we ever felt unsafe. We enjoyed the open layout on the inside and loved the outdoor area with a very nice pool and ability to sit on the dock directly on the canal. We did a private ½ day boat charter and the captain was able to pick us up right at the dock! The beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice property for couples or a large family. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs and a couple of umbrellas which made our daily trips to the various beaches easy. The showers had good pressure, and the internet was very good. The AC kept the bedrooms and main living area comfortable. We pretty much shut off the AC during the day when we were out, used the AC during the evenings before bed, and then turned it off during the night except for the 2 bedrooms. We used 485 KW for the week. The mid-week cleaning was appreciated. Communication with the owners and then Faye and the property management team was easy and responsive. We had an excellent experience at this truly beautiful villa!

Amazing Property
The pictures don't do this property justice. It was even more amazing than the photos on the website. The property manager was very responsive and welcomed us even though our flight was delayed by 4 hours. He gave us great recommendations for dinners and fun places to visit. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to relax and unwind.

Amazing villa!
We loved our stay at Villa Vivace! Traveled with 4 adults and a 1.5 year old. The property is gorgeous, right on a canal that we loved to swim and kayak in! Marina and great coffee shop within walking distance. The home is clean, large and well equipped for any meal you would want to prepare. Close to beaches, grace bay. Ron was so helpful, always a text away. All on one level so great for kids. A great value for an amazing villa! Thank you for memories that will last us a lifetime!

Wonderful Family Vacation
We had another wonderful family vacation at Villa Vivace - our second time staying in this beautiful home. Location is great, short walking distance to Salt restaurant and a great little market. Quick drive to beach and all the restaurants and amenities in town. The house was immaculate and well-stocked with everything we needed. Faye the property manager was excellent. We enjoyed the private pool and canal bordering the property. Hope to return! Thank you!

Spotless, Top Notch Service.
Never disappoints. Place is alway super clean. Weekly house keeping is a plus. Ron, property manager would exceed your expectations and is always there to assist you with any of your needs, so don’t forget to take care of him and the house keeping staff as they go beyond their call of duty to make your stay as pleasant and care free as possible.

Paradise in Paradise
The pictures on VRBO cannot show the full beauty of this property in the Leeward Settlement (if you're familiar with T&C, you know). Not only is this house in a perfect location (only a few minutes from Grace Bay as well), but the team that has been put together to help facilitate the stay is one in a million! Ron met us at the door with ice cold refreshments and gave us a thorough tour of the property. Anytime we had any questions, he was available to help make our vacation a memorable one. We came away with the realization that we could never stay at a resort as long as homes like this are available! Don't miss out on this one!

Did not disappoint. 4 or 5 star every category. Only suggestion is a few rubber backed carpets outside of rear patio doors. Tile gets slippery after rain or pool water. Not a major issue but should be addressed

Amazing
Everything about our stay was amazing. Check in and out was very easy. We had an unexpected medical need during our stay and Ron was so accommodating and helpful, it was very much appreciated. The house is everything and more that is shown in the pictures. The location is perfect. We walked to breakfast at the Market cafe almost every morning, the croissant sandwiches are a great way to start the day. My only suggestion would be to factor in the A/C cost in the nightly price, I was very conscious of when we were using the air but it was still more expensive than expected. BUT, that would not stop me from staying again. This is where we will stay anytime we come back. It was home away from home!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Villa Vivace. The home was absolutely gorgeous with wonderful views of the water. It was perfect for our week's stay. The kitchen was set up for us to cook our meals and grill. We were able to keep up on laundry while there. We appreciated the supplies left in villa for our use.

Beautiful Home!
The house far exceeds many of the descriptions provided in the posting. It is spacious and airy, furnished comfortably with lovely pieces. All amenities listed were available with many additional items. There were only four of us, so we did not even use the extra bedroom/bathroom. Had a problem, but a repairman quickly arrived and returned the following day for further checks. The reservation and check-in and out were easy! We will return!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Our stay at the Villa was effortless from booking to departure with thanks to the wonderful Vivace team. Vivace is a gracious, comfortable, quiet, spacious, well equipped villa where we felt at home. Close to the beach and amenities. We love Turks. The beautiful turquoise waters, endless sandy beaches, warmth of the sunshine and the friendly people of the island were a welcome winter reprieve for us. We will be back. Tranquil location; and spacious accommodations
The management team, Faye and Ronald, were very accommodating and friendly. The house was immaculate when we arrived. It lacked baking pans which Ronald immediately remedied by dropping a set off later in the day. The location was quiet and within walking distance to a beach as well as a coffee shop/market on the canal. We would highly recommend it and would return.

This villa is an absolute delight! The pictures do not do it justice! The area is so quiet and safe! This villa has EVERYTHING you need for your stay! Just go grocery shopping and you're all set! They even provide zip lock bags!!! I was amazed! They have beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, pool toys, etc. I could go on and on!! The property managers and owner are amazing and go above and beyond to help when needed and are very responsive! A HUGE THANK YOU to Faye and Ronald for their assistance during our stay and for being so attentive! We cannot wait to go back!

Excellent Stay
The pictures does not do this property just!! When I say it was more beautiful than expected. My family and I had the best time just relaxing by the pool and bbq on the grill. Everything that we needed was available. The only down side was one of the fans was broken in the guest room and we had to use the air condition more than we wanted to. Other than that it is well worth a trip!!

The house was perfect! We absolutely loved staying there. The pool and the dock were amazing.
It was so easy to rent. The calendar showed us availability and we chose our dates. Then paid deposit. Later we received an email that told us to pay the rest. They also sent an email to inform us of all the check in info. It was very easy!!

This property is beautiful and comfortable. The house was fully stocked with items to make our stay great. The pool was nice for evenings after a day at the beach. Stay at Villa Vivace
Our Stay at Villa Vivace was wonderful. The property is in a quiet and safe feeling neighborhood. The home is very clean and set on a well manicured property. The interior is nicely laid out with an open living room/kitchen/dining room and lots of natural light . We cooked most meals in the well appointed kitchen. There is also a very nice BBQ if you prefer to grill. The pool was beautiful for swimming in. The deck provided a nice area to hang out in during the mornings and evenings. We rented a car which made it much easier to access all beaches and other areas of the island. You could walk to the sunset beach area which we think would have taken about 20min or so. Our experience with the property management company that oversees the home was excellent. Very friendly, professional and easy to get hold of. The arrival and departure process was seamless.

Beautiful Villa
We had a great stay at Villa Vivace! Villa was perfect for 3 couples. . Enjoyed our coffee out by the pool every morning. Condo was clean and well appointed. We used air only at night in the bedrooms. We visited a different beach everyday during our stay. Graceway IGA was very convenient and had everything you could want. We would definitely stay here again!

Very well maintained property
Villa Vivace is a very well maintained property that has attentive staff and wonderful owners. The location is perfect - close to beautiful beaches yet quiet for those that want to relax. We had no issues. Jona, Ronald and Faye were a wealth of knowledge. The pool is perfect and our family enjoyed many dinners together on the patio. Grace Bay is only 10 minutes by car. I would recommend Villa Vivace to anyone. Thank you Gul for a wonderful stay at Villa Vivace.

Absolutely Fabulous
Cannot find anything negative about this property and the property management staff! Perfect location, we loved using the dock every morning for coffee and every evening for drinks and apps watching the sun go down. Fet very safe waking through the neighborhood. Was Nice to have some little touches like salt, pepper, oil, sugar ketchup and mustard and coffee. Also there were baggies, coffee filters and laundry soap!! Will definitely be returning as soon as we are able to travel again.

Would definitely stay here again!
The property was great and matched the description. Cleanliness, proximity to major areas on the island and overall amenties of the property were fantastic. We enjoyed the pool (although not heated so it gets chilly), bbq grill and the various tables to eat and enjoy the weather. There are also chairs and towels to take to the beach which were much appreciated. Faye was our contact and she was very helpful. Would recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful property inside and out spacious with lovely decor. We are older and loved the one floor Villa with its large pool. Close to amazing beaches and restaurants. First time renting a Villa instead of being in a resort loved the quiet and very safe neighborhood. Hope to be back next year.

Absolutely Amazing
This property was absolutely amazing. The sunset that you get to see at the back of the house is the most beautiful thing. Aside from the beautiful canal behind the house. The neighborhood is quite good for relaxing. Everything is close by as well!! I highly recommend this property.

Excellent home for the money! Great service and communication
All around great place! Close to Grace Bay and a safe neighborhood. Only bad thing I could say is the furniture in living room is a little uncomfortable. Who sits on the couch all day though right? Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful home, relaxing pool, great location
We were fortunate to spend several weeks at Villa Vivace. We could not have asked for a better getaway spot during the pandemic. The house is spacious and clean, with 7 sliding glass doors that open onto the amazing covered deck next to the pool. The location catches the tradewinds & combined with the vaulted ceilings and fans creates a lovely evening breeze. The landscaping is green & full so the house and pool feel secluded and private even though you are centrally located in a walkable, safe neighborhood. The pool is big with lots of seating, including a great outdoor dining area. The hosts were lovely and the rental company very responsive. There were a lot of hoops to jump through in order to travel during covid & snowstorms, but within an hour of being at Villa Vivace we all ageeed - 100% worth it!!!!! And to top it all off, the beaches of Turks & Caicos are truly amazing. Highly recommend!!
