Zenza was great, due to it being a small property. You really didn’t run into other guest which was nice. Staff was really nice and helpful. They have bikes free for the guest and a golf cart to take you to the beach.

This hotel is conveniently located by grace bay beach closer to turtle cove marina. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are very modern and clean. The cleaning staff do a great job keeping things in order. They have towels for the beach, gave great excursion recommendations, had free parking, and gave bottled water! I would absolutely stay here again. The bad reviews for this hotel go to show you cannot please anyone. It is a great hotel with clean amenities and friendly staff.

Zenza was absolutely amazing! The front desk staff was so nice and attentive. The views from the room were spectacular. The property was so nice and clean. One of the perks was the restaurants within walking distance, literally 3 next door. They also had a golf cart that would take you to the beach and snorkeling equipment on hand. Zenza located in the middle of the island, so max 15 minutes to get to many excursions. Highly recommend. Name is very fitting…Zen. Nice, relaxing atmosphere.

The property was beautiful, the rooms were clean and very nice. The only thing was the water not getting really hot and the netflix on the tv did not work. Other than that I would stay again!

Pros- Quiet, great staff, spacious fun rooms, close to nautical activities, great marina views, good restaurants close by. Cons- bathrooms provide no privacy, other than marine activities nothing to do nearby.

Our experience at Zenza hotel was amazing. The staff is very nice and helpful. They served complimentary pastries, fruit, cereals, and oatmeal in the mornings and provided unlimited bottled water. We stayed in the the king room with marina view and the view was beautiful to wake up to. The room was also very spacious which we really liked and it was very clean when we arrived. The rooftop also has a nice view and the best part was that we got to enjoy it daily, just the two of us. There was never anyone else there when we were there. The pool is small but also nice since no one really used so we had it to ourselves as well. The hotel is also very quiet which we loved. Overall we would definitely consider returning here.

My family and I stayed here for 4days 3 nights. There’s no hotter water and it barely get like warm like they said. Walls are then you can hear everything including construction across the marina. Lobby close at a certain time so you won’t be able to reach anyone other than a doorbell with a camera for security. Also cockroaches three to be exact had a party outside our door then the next night one big ass cockroach decided to come in our bathroom which means it probably was under our bed somewhere. The service desk did nothing they just said kill it but I didn’t pay $2,700 for none of this.

I was here for work. I had a large clean room with a large desk. There was a porch with chair looking out to the marina. Two dining options and a coffee shop are right next door. Beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. It’s not that convenient to the downtown, but if you have a car it’s easy to drive anywhere.

LOVED every minute of my stay at Zenza. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooms are exactly as advertised, they have endless bottled water, a lovely little pool, and eateries that are walkable near the marina. You'll be a bit, not a far drive, from Grace Bay so keep that in mind if you want to be near there since you'll need a car. But the island is not super large so it's quick to get anywhere. I had the king room with marina view via a balcony and I spent do much time on the balcony to relax and read. Also really loved the tub in my room. Very quiet around here and walkable to Smiths Reef plus they give you rides to the beach and offer a list of places, taxis, and delivery upon check-in. Simply fantastic from the moment I arrive to when I left.

Staff is great! Nearby beach is quiet and not crowded. Two restaurants are right in the same complex as the hotel. A couple of others are a five minute walk and are good.

We stayed in Hotel Zenza on the last night of our trip to TCI. It was a lovely oasis. We were able to linger by the pool while we waited for our flight. I would definitely go back

I had a great stay at Zenza! The hotel is updated and very clean. Walking distance to a waterfront restaurant and the hotel also offers free bike rental to explore the neighborhood. The hotel was 15 minutes from all of the popular sites by car.
