"I stayed for one night only, during a business trip. I booked a room with a double bed, but was given a room with two single beds put together. I travel roughly 150 days a year for work and can say that the service at the Dean Cork is rude, unfriendly, abrasive and just overall lousy. Bed was cracking and springs could be felt.
