One bedroom ground floor condo unit with parking. Kitchen living room combination with a separate bedroom. OCEAN is right across the street. Fully furnished and comes with Coffee station, linens, functional kitchen including pots, pans, dishes. One mile to the center of town, you can walk or take a shuttle bus that stops in front of complex.
The condo is clean but not updated. TV Cable and internet connection. No frills but has all you need. Separate bedroom with a queen size bed. One parking space.

Great location!

The unit was in a quiet complex, right on the bus route, and across the street from the ocean. Huge plusses! The unit was well stocked, and a basket of packaged snacks was even provided. The snacks came in handy on our hikes. We really enjoyed the private deck that overlooked a beautiful flower garden. Furnishings and appliances are a bit worn and dated, and I am not a fan of carpet at a beach house., but not a big deal. The air conditioning was much appreciated on a very hot weekend!

A very nice small condo with a nice location on the outskirts of town, but within walking distance.

Nice Condo complex and small condo. 1 bedroom, bath livingroom open to a small kitchen. Had everything I needed. Easy access and responsive renter who answered my question promptly. I do recommend this unit. It is within walking distance to the heart of Ptown, but not for those who aren't able to walk very well. The ocean just across the street from the complex. Very relaxing.

Great location if want to be close but out of town center

Nice place, Very clean Dated interior but for ptown kitch works. Large parking lot and ability to park right adjacent great ! Pleanty of space out front to not have to be next to the adjacent unit occupants to sit outside. I did "donate" a front window curtain for the large picture window so I personally had no issue of privacy as noted in other reviews. Decided to leave in place as fit with the decor and for next renter ;) Beach right across street very nice to take walks. Best part of staying here is the location if out of town as road connects directly to route 6 and can get to central parking in about 8 minutes to go out in town. Just on this alone would try to stay here in future!

Great location Walkable to Ptown Center!

We absolutely loved the location of this property! It was nearby to beaches and a walk to the center of ptown. The condominium community where the property was located in was quiet and well maintained. The listing description is accurate and reflective of the property.

Dated but has everything you need

The apartment was very dated and mismatched, although as written in a previous review, it is so mismatched it has to be on purpose. The place was clean and property maintained. The one disappointment was the lack of adequate window covering in the main living area. There were sheer curtains that were see through. These could easily be fixed and might be after this review. We cooked meals in the kitchen and had all pots, pans and dinnerware. We've stayed in this area of town in the past and love the accept to the bay and the quite away from town.

Great stay

This was a great stay! Off the beaten path enough to really explore town and get some quiet time but close enough to feel convenient. Great access to the beach and sand dunes. You may want to rent or bring a bike if you’re planning on going back and forth from downtown P Town often.

Nice place to sleep

Edward was very attentive and quick to respond to questions. The place was clean though dated (which could be by design). Hot water for showers didn’t last long. No dining room table instead there were bar stools and a raised bar table. Beach is right across the street. Bus is on main road. Would have been helpful to have information on routes schedules and costs available for guests. Overall it was one of the least expensive places in a safe area though inability to lock deadbolt from outside can make city people a bit concerned for their safety. I would use this place again.
