  • Situated in quiet gated Vivian Park in Provo Canyon. The 3-story log home features vaulted ceilings, a cozy wood stove, a private master bedroom suite with balcony and sauna, dining patio with hot tub and bbq and a front deck with striking views.

    Sundance Resort is a quick 8-minute drive: skiing, 5-star dining, spa, mountain biking, ziplines, outdoor theater, moonlight lift rides. The Provo River Trail passes Bridal Veil Falls. A short walk to the Provo River offers blue-ribbon fly fishing.

    Snow removal typically occurs once per day in the morning following a storm. Snow removal can also occur at irregular times during a storm or after the road is plowed. From October thru April, be prepared for extreme winter conditions. When there is a storm, guests need to be prepared for the house's service garage to be opened and for snow blower noise and some other snow removal work noise. Snow removal may take place at night with lights. During winter conditions, guests are encouraged to use vehicles that are effective in snow.

Loved out stay here. Home was very clean and well stocked. Loved the sauna and hot tub - especially after a long day of skiing. Reed was one of the most kind and helpful hosts I have ever worked with. They were quick to respond to any questions and made our stay very comfortable.

I take our six adult children for a siblings weekend annually. We used this cabin last year and loved it. We plan to continue to use it annually. We love playing games around the table - just hanging out. We love doing a hike along the nearby river. It is peaceful and relaxing.

I would aay that the description was a bit inaccurate. This home was SOOO much better than we could have imagined. Pictures didn’t do it justice. Every detail was taken care of for us and the location is stunning. We brought my father up to the cabin as a gift for his birthday. He was delighted and sincerely grateful for such a comfortable, and welcoming place to celebrate 80 years. Thank you Reid for the opportunity to stay here in your home.

Reid was an excellent host who was responsive before and during our stay. The amenities were exceptional and made for a very enjoyable stay. The cabin had everything we needed for a stay over Christmas with very comfortable beds and plenty of towels, bedding and blankets….and the most stunning Christmas tree!

This place deserves an 11/10. It is spectacular. We visited with 6 of our adult kids. The kitchen has everything you need. Fully stocked almost like your own home. The beds and pillows are amazing. The property itself is not just clean, it fun. Sauna, hot tub, wood burning stove. Everyone of my kids said they want to come back every year. It's close to Sundance, close to waterfalls and rivers and hikes. Coffee on the porch on a crisp mountain morning never got old. 100% recommend!

Amazing experience! Everything was super clean when we showed up, easy to find and the garage was nice. It has everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms, and the sauna works wonderfully. Definitely recommend!

I was not able to use the bathtub, the drain plug didn’t work, but I loved the spacious shower. We loved the sauna, and the many conveniences like charging stations, hair dryer, washer and dryer and the grill and kitchen items were all useful and worked great! Thank you!

I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The home was beautiful, the pictures not doing it justice. Reid was friendly and prompt in communication and the home was well taken care of. This is one we’d love to stay in again.

My wife and I discovered this VRBO listing while searching for a cabin to stay in for our honeymoon, and overall, it was exactly the kind of place we were hoping for. We wanted somewhere in the mountains that felt tucked away and peaceful, but was still close enough to town, hikes, and other things to do. This cabin was a great fit. If you drive about 15 minutes one way, you are in town and can get whatever you need. If you drive about 10 minutes the other way, you are near countless beautiful hikes and destinations.The one caveat I would mention for anyone considering this property is that it was not quite as private as we had hoped. There was construction going on near the property during our stay, which could be heard during the day when we were outside. We did not hear any of it from inside the cabin, so it was not a major issue, but the few times we wanted to eat or read outside, it was not ideal. We did not notice construction on Friday or Saturday, so it seems like they may take weekends off.The property itself also felt a little less secluded than we had assumed. There are plenty of trees, but you are still fairly close to other properties, and we could see people walking outside the windows throughout the day. We still had a great time, but it is something to consider if privacy is a major factor for your stay.All that said, this cabin is awesome. You can tell the owner has put a lot of thought into it, and we would love to come back again someday!

Very Cozy

We stayed four nights for a dental conference in Provo. This home was just what three adults needed!. The beds are extra comfy, the bathrooms, large tub, and steam shower were impeccably clean. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, toaster, and a dishwasher. The rear patio was often with its super clean hot tub, gas grill and table/ chairs. I loved the front porch, and the beautiful view of the mountain as it was so peaceful. We were just off the bike path in Vivian Park and rented bikes from Gary's Bikes, located just down the Canyon Path. When we had a problem with the gate, we were contacted within 5 minutes with an answer. What a fabulous place! Thanks Reid! I can't wait for the next convention to re-book.

Such a great little spot! The cabin had everything we needed and was perfect for a weekend trip with friends. The host was great to answer the questions we had quickly and accommodate our requests. There was a park near by that we walked to each morning, it was perfect for the kids to get some energy out. We loved having the hot tub and sauna for once the kids went to bed. The kitchen had all of the things we needed to make a couple delicious meals. We had a blast!
