Experience a new luxury unit, which connects the old-time charm of The Old Chapel Apartments with new, luxurious spaces. Unit 2 is a ground unit space - no stairs! Enjoy the beauty of the courtyard right out your door, or simply bask in the comfort and beauty of the apartment. Parking is a breeze, either on the street, just 70 feet from the front door, or in the parking lot on the south side of the building. Downtown Provo is a short four block walk, with all its charm and restaurants.

With electronic door locks we will send you the codes prior to your visit. You won't even need to see us! But, if you need something we are just a phone call away.

4 blocks from beautiful downtown Provo, with all its restaurants and interesting sites, Provo City Center temple, NuSkin and Utah Valley Convention Center.

Public Bus stop is within a block, and the Frontrunner, with train service to Salt Lake City is only 2 miles away.

Great location and clean - walking distance to grocery

I stayed here for a conference when the hotel was booked. I could easily walk to the conference at Marriot or BYU and a grocery store was across the street. The unit was clean and had coffee and shampoo and conditioner. I would stay there again.

Way better than a hotel…

This property was absolutely adorable! It was much larger than I had anticipated, and the design is super cute. I had a slight snag in getting into the apartment, but Todd was very quick to assist and walk me through it. This place was WAY better than having a hotel room with its size and amenities. I will definitely be using this property again!

Great place to stay.

This is our third stay in one of the properties managed by Todd and Mikki. The properties are always very clean and have everything we need for our stay. They are quick to answer any questions we may have. The location near the Smith's grocery store is ideal for a quick run to pick up needed items. There are a number of great restaurants nearby. We recommend this property.

Perfect for a couple

Everything was great! The unit was clean and everything worked perfectly. The location was excellent and very close to everything. My wife was going to a convention at the Marriott and she could have walked there if need be. Grocery story right across the street. If we come back to Utah this will be our place to stay.

great location

We could walked to Smith's cross st which is a big plus. nice condo. Kitchen is scarce stock, but it works. If you don't plan to cook, then it doesn't matter. no vent for stove. ( at least I couldn't find one).

Perfect location

We really appreciated the convenient location. We were within walking distance of stores, BYU, entertainment, and fun restaurants. The condo was beautifully appointed and well stocked. We especially appreciated the responsiveness of our hosts. We hope to stay again in the future.
