She refused to give us any form of confirmation or compensation, despite the fact that we had the worst night of our entire holiday – we couldn’t sleep at all since the fan only blew air without cooling. The bed was terrible, and the shower facilities were poor. We paid around €110 for the night. In reality, it was worth no more than €30–50.”
