“They over booked themselves and made us change rooms ever night with no warning. Just knocking on the door and “you all have to be out of this room in 15mins” was crazy and they were so so rude about it. Never offered anything to compensate us for the hassle. 3 different rooms. A different room each night. Crazy. We got so disorganized and lost so much stuff because of how they made us rush to vacate the room because of THEIR issues. No apologies. No thanking us for moving in 15 mins. No nothing...

“We stayed in a handicapped room. It was very spacious for people who has wheelchair. We just wish they have a chair for handicapped in the bathroom. The staff was nice and their breakfast was good. My husband and I have been booking in different hotels for 2 months now. We are from DE, and he had PT &OT in DC once a week 2 days in a row. We liked this hotel since its very accessible, closer to DC and it fits our needs. This is our second time and in about 2 weeks , we will be coming back...

“The breakfast was terrible, stale eggs, and water down drinks. My room had roaches in it and the balcony was inaccessible and unkept. The room had a weird smell to it and the shower room was very small.”

“The entire experience was horrible. Rude staff who pushed me out in the morning without giving me a chance to speak. I was going to get another two nights out of pure need but it was so not worth it I literally went and slept outside on the ground and had a better time. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to and they have roaches and bed bugs. ”

“Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience due to the condition of the hotel. The AC was not working properly, and the room smelled like there had been ongoing water leakage or moisture issues. The beds were also very uncomfortable and felt as if you would roll toward the middle. That being said, the hotel staff was very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. “The hotel staff was very pleasant and a delight to work with they may have been slightly embarrassed by the appearance of the hotel. • Overhang canopy at the main entrance has electrical wires hanging that come in contact with delivery vehicles as they go under it’s very scary that a wire can actually hang on on a delivery vehicle and pull part of the ceiling down.
