Modern Guest Suite with Gym & Sauna

Welcome to our naturally cool lower-level guest suite with a private entrance. We are a quiet family living upstairs, ensuring a peaceful stay.

Wellness: Private gym with bench, barbell, weights (3–40 lbs), yoga gear, and a 2-person infrared sauna.

Kitchenette: Induction plate, microwave, toaster, fridge, and coffee machine.

Comfort: New pillow top queen bed with 100% cotton sheets and blackout curtains. The space does not have air conditioning, however because it is mostly below ground level it remains cool year round. A room fan is available for you.
We have an 8lb friendly Havanese/poodle in our home on the upper level. To ensure you are not disturbed by her occasional barking when someone arrives, we have insulated between both floors for sound. Since we live upstairs you may hear light footsteps at times but overall we are conscious about keeping things quiet for our guests. Our dog Mia is hypoallergenic, however she does not go downstairs in case any guest has allergies. We also run an Aerus air filter constantly and a dehumidifier. Feel free to use them if you like white noise for sleeping.

Bathroom: New corner shower with extra towels and face cloths.

The space
Set back from the main road in our lower-level studio space and just 1.8 km from the highway—plenty close for a 25-minute drive to downtown Yarmouth and the CAT ferry.

Our property offers parking and a boardwalk that guides you to your own private entrance. Inside, a sunlit staircase leads you down into an airy studio space with natural light. The main room features a plush queen bed, a cozy sitting area with two armchairs perfect for movie nights, and a dedicated dining table for two with plenty of space to double as a desk.

The Space Highlights:

Kitchenette: Equipped with a single burner, essential cookware, a bar fridge, and a dining setup for breakfast or light meals. (Full fridge and freezer space is available upon request if you need more space.)

Private Wellness: Gym area featuring a weight bench, barbell and plates (5–40 lbs), dumbbells (3–40 lbs), and yoga gear.

The Ultimate Relaxer: Unwind after a day of travel or a solid workout in your private, two-person Far Infrared Sauna, fully stocked with extra bath towels, hand towels, and face cloths.

Guest access
The entire lower level is available for you. Our family of 3 live on the upper level. The door will be unlocked when you arrive and a key will be waiting for you.
