The open floor plan includes a dining area with seating for eight, large comfortable sofas, 70 inch flat panel TV with sound bar. Anchoring the living area is a full size kitchen with a breakfast bar and 4 high backed chairs. This condo is all about views, views, views!

Double sliding glass doors open to the covered outdoor terrace which runs the full width of the condominium. On the terrace there is another comfortable dining set for six people, a gas grill and two padded chaise lounge.
The master bedroom suite has a pillow top king sized bed and a full private bath with soaking tub/shower and sliding glass doors lead to the terrace with a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea. The guest room has two full sized pillow top beds and a private bath with a shower. There is also a flat panel TV.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, with full sized double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove/oven, fan and every small appliance one could need for making great in house meals. Off the kitchen is an enclosed laundry area and a half bath.

The building amenities include an exclusive private beach area and a freshwater infinity pool with a children’s section and hot tub. And there is another natural salt water style pool right next to the ocean. There are plenty of chaise lounges
, shade palapas, hammocks, palm trees and privacy areas.

The town of Puerto Aventuras is a gated community located just 15 minutes south of Playa del Carmen. In Puerto Aventuras you will find the town center, marina San Carlos is within walking distance. There are numerous shops, convenience store, pharmacys,restaurants, dive outfits, Dolphin Discovery and Fatima Bay Beach. Golf and tennis.
There is no need for a rental car if you plan to remain in Puerto for your stay. For trips outside of the town, taxis are easily found near the town center. There is a Chedraui grocery store 1KM up the highway from the entrance to Puerto Aventuras.
There are plenty of things to do in this area from water sports, golf, tennis, ziplining, kayaking, paddleboarding, ATV jungle and more. It is your choice to be busy or just relax by the pool or the ocean. Nearby are popular attractions such as the Mayan village at Coba, the ruins of Tulum, Xel Ha, Xcaret, to name just a few.
