📌 Note: We’re located across from the Catalonia hotel (their spa/gym is there). Access to those amenities depends on the hotel’s policies and is not automatically included, but I’ll be happy to share options and recommendations.

You’ll have full access to the entire apartment. Entry is via self check-in using a lockbox.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the apartment during their stay.



Self check-in: access with a lockbox and code located next to the door. You can arrive at the time that works best for you within the check-in window.



Clear instructions: one or two days before arrival we’ll send you the access code, exact location and step-by-step directions to enter both the gated community and the apartment.



Community access: when you arrive, you’ll go through the Puerto Aventuras security gate; they may ask for an ID to register your access.



Parking: you’ll have one exclusive parking space right in front of the building.



Beach and lagoon: you’ll have pedestrian access to the beach and lagoon inside Puerto Aventuras, just a short walk from the apartment.



The Catalonia hotel spa, gym and restaurants are located right across the street; use of these services is at extra cost and paid directly at the hotel (they are not included in the apartment reservation).

The apartment is located in Puerto Aventuras, a gated nautical community with 24/7 security in the heart of the Riviera Maya. It’s a quiet, well-maintained area, perfect for walking, exercising outdoors and enjoying the beach without the hustle of a big city.

Getting Around:

Puerto Aventuras is very easy to get around on foot or by bike, and it’s also well connected to the rest of the Riviera Maya.



🚶‍♀️ On foot: from the apartment you can walk in just a few minutes to the beach, lagoon, marina, restaurants, cafés, shops and the golf course.



🚲 By bike: there are bike-friendly streets and paths inside the community; it’s a very pleasant and practical way to get around Puerto Aventuras.



🚗 By car: you’ll have private parking right in front of the building. From the security gate, you can easily access the main highway to reach Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Xpu-Há, Akumal or parks like Xcaret and Xplor.



🚕 Taxis and private transfers: you can request taxis or private transportation services; if needed, we’ll be happy to recommend reliable companies.



🚌 Public transportation: along the main highway, just outside Puerto Aventuras, you’ll find colectivos and buses that connect to Playa del Carmen, Tulum and other areas of the Riviera Maya (you’ll need to walk or take a taxi to the community entrance).



Most guests combine walking inside Puerto Aventuras with a car or transportation for day trips to other beaches and attractions in the area.



Other Things to Note:

The property does not have a pool or shared common areas; the experience is all about its excellent location: the beach and lagoon are just a 3-minute walk away, and the Catalonia hotel spa/gym is right across the street (services at extra cost).



Self check-in is available via a lockbox; we’ll send you detailed instructions and the access code before your arrival.



You’ll have private parking in front of the building for the duration of your stay.



Puerto Aventuras is a gated community with 24/7 security, ideal for walking safely and enjoying a well-kept natural environment.



Within walking distance you’ll find restaurants, shops, the marina, golf course, cafés and a supermarket, so you won’t need to use a car all the time.
