The girl at check in was all attitude, we waited a few minutes after she finished with the folks before us and never got a "welcome" we had to beg to have the hot tub warm finally after a day she turned it on and then she tried to scam us for $41 telling us we damaged the sheets and they couldn't clean them. “Beautiful property in San Cristobal. Our family of 4 had the oceanview room. It was such a joy to watch the sea lions play from the pool. We had a busy vacation so it felt heavenly to rest and relax at the resort for a couple of days.
The food was great. We had the breakfast buffet and their poolside menu. The burgers and pizza were excellent. The hot chocolate was loved by all. The beef stew in the morning with the plantain patties and yuca bread were so great.
