Friendly staff and great location
Rooms are clean and Max (front desk) was exceptionally friendly. breakfast was very good. While rooms look clean and great on photos, living without extra space where to hang clothes makes room messy in reality. Why not add some extra hooks in the bathroom? Or near the door? Our luggage was always open and no plave where to put it. Also adding mirror in the room or outside shower is useful. We had one mirror in the bathroom and it was not convinient.

Susana was so helpful. She gave us many recommendations. The breakfast was amazing fresh juice and eggs made for you by order. The best hotel in the whole vacation.we will definitely stay there again

Excellent water front hotel - we spent 2 nights here before boarding our cruise. 10 minutes walk from the airport, 1 minute walk to the pier for the cruise. Great staff.

Great view from the balcony. Large room. Nice personnel.Decent breakfast. If you miss the breakfast in the morning you can take a book with sandwich and juice.

The front desk was very helpful, particularly Susana who answered our many questions and helped us set up a tour via taxi of the most popular spots in San Cristobal. Great location. Easy to get to restaurants and the pier. Plenty of fresh water right by the room (Room #4). The only complaint was that some very small ants started appearing in our room on the second day. We found where they were entering (Room #4) in the back corner, and tried to use soap to dissuade them. Only helped a little. That's probably something housekeeping regularly guards against. But, we had asked for no housekeeping on our second day (wasn't needed in terms of towels or clean-up). The positives outweighed the negatives. We enjoyed our time in San Cristobal.

Direct tegenover de pier waar alle excursies vertrekken. Heerlijk aan de boulevard met alle zeeleeuwen voor de deur. Ontbijten op het dakterras met de beste omelets die we in de Galapagos hebben gegeten. Super balkon met uitzicht op de baai en de zeeleeuwen.

Estimado Ud subió después del horario establecido y a pesar de eso se le pudo atender y brindar servicio de desayuno , solo se pidió que por favor nos de unos minutos y que ya les servíamos y así fue.

I really enjoyed how friendly the staff was and any questions I had on advice was responded with helpful tips and advice! It was nice being so close to the docks when it came to traveling to another island or going on a tour/guide!

Not worth the price
This hotel is overpriced and was a disappointment. I rented the penthouse for 2 nights. The penthouse wasn’t entirely clean and felt worn down. On the second night there was an electrical problem where lights and the tv would flicker on and off. After having to call for the hotel maintenance to come take a look they determined it was due to a single outlet. The front doorknob wouldn’t lock properly either. The water was cold (both the showers and the pool). Think twice before renting here as there are other options at the same price which will be a better option.

Great views
We stayed in suite 9 and probably had the best balcony on the island! It was stunning! The service was so-so and the amenities were nothing special, but the view was worth it for a few nights.

En la reserva del hotel no hay claridad en cuanto a niños se refiere y termine pagando mucho más de lo que era. La gerente del hotel súper cerrada nada amigable, además que no entregan factura. El desayuno que se ofrece tampoco es bueno para el precio, aunque la señora que los sirve si es muy atenta. La infraestructura del hotel y ubicación es buena.

Great staff!
Hotel was great and clean but the best part was the front desk person. She was friendly and helpful. Suggested great restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed chatting with her and she made our stay perfect!

The location and view from Galapagos Sunset are amazing. We enjoyed being able to sit on our balcony and watch the sunset and the sea lions! Our room #9 was very nice. We appreciated the mini fridge and sink, as well as the huge balcony! You can walk to all sorts of restaurants and beaches from here. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Excellent! Our stay was wonderful. Wonderful location super close to shops, restaurants and downtown. We loved everything about our stay. Room was clean and spacious and a fabulous view of the harbor. Breakfast was great. Will be back!!
