“Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects. That said, the room was very clean, the shower had good hot water, and I did get a morning nap on the bed. Fort7nately, it is off the road a bit. But noise carries and young Costa Ricans love their motorcycles. So if you are super noise sensitive that might bother you, but the traffic is really light on that...

“We stayed here (two couples) for three nights in February. The place was wonderful! We were on the second floor. We enjoyed the outdoor dining space that overlooked the numerous trees, native plants and beautiful pool. We were able to see monkeys and various birds each day. “The owner promised TWO beds. There was only one. This would have been a great experience for a couple in a relationship. It was terrible for one of us to sleep on a couch that a small dog would be uncomfortable on! The place was nice, yet the broken promise tainted what would have been 100%”

“The villa is perfect, spacious and set up nice, especially the 2 bathrooms. It's a short walk to the downtown food and shops. Also it's right next to the beach. We'll definitely want to stay here again.”
