“I booked this hotel because an airport shuttle was listed as an amenity. When I asked about the shuttle for our flight the next day, I was told that there was no shuttle service on the weekends. We had to figure it out on our own. Why list it as an amenity and then refuse to offer the service? ”

And housekeeping never picked up/replaced the dirty glasses and cups and failed to bring clean towels on one day of our stay. The front desk staff were ineffective and nonplussed by everything in this review.
