“Notto hotel is brand new, conveniently located-front to the beach and just 50 meters away from Hidalgo avenue where you can find several places for having breakfast, lunch, dinner and shopping. The room was spacious with the bedroom separated from a TV Room and in the entry there is a small private pool. “Hotel itself is great, right at the beach with pool at the rooftop and lounge chairs at the beach as well. Rooms are modern, good size, comfortable beds, and has A/C. What we didn’t like was that the booking and website said we would have a balcony and the room didn’t. When we tried to point this out they refused to do anything about it and hotels.com didn’t help either even after multiple calls, chats and emails. So we didn’t get what we paid for and no offer of fixing this was made either....
