Amazing Views from the 4th floor end unit of the fabulous Sonoran Spa Beachfront Resort, on Sandy Beach, the tourist destination of Rocky Point! This condo has it all...gourmet kitchen, great balcony furniture, comfy living room and 3 great bedrooms with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed and 2 bunk beds. The resort is packed with all the amenities you need, 3 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, poolside bar, spa services, tennis court, on-site mini mart, on-site restaurant, exercise facility, business center, and beachfront living!

The Space:
This is a 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom condo at the Sonoran Spa Resort. Wake up to a beautiful ocean view from your master bedroom and start your day with a spacious custom kitchen that is well equipped with everything you need for great drinks and meals. Soak in the amazing views from your living room and oversized terrace throughout the day.

Our custom one of a kind three-bedroom condo is nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Sandy Beach in Puerto Peñasco. Sandy Beach offers a pristine coastline with soft, golden sand and a tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for a beach vacation.

As you step out from the condo, you'll find yourself just moments away from the inviting shores of Sandy Beach. Take leisurely walks along the coastline, sink your toes into the warm sand, or find a peaceful spot to lounge under the sun. The calm waters of the Sea of Cortez provide the perfect opportunity for swimming, splashing, and enjoying various water activities.

Sandy Beach is also home to a vibrant culinary scene. Nearby, you'll find a variety of restaurants to satisfy your taste buds. Some popular options include:

Wrecked at the Reef: This beachfront restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere, delicious seafood dishes, and refreshing cocktails. Enjoy a meal with a view of the ocean and soak in the beach vibes.

Getting Around:
Sandy Beach is a great area for those who want to be close to the beach and have easy access to restaurants and bars. Many of these restaurants and bars can be easily walked to from accommodations in the Sandy Beach area. However, to explore other parts of town, such as the Rodeo Drive shopping area, in-town attractions, the port area, visitors will need some form of transportation. While there are limited public transportation options available in Puerto Penasco, visitors can also use taxis or their own vehicles to get around town.Just be sure to follow all the traffic rules and stop at all stop signs, even the hidden ones!

There is a convenience store on-site just in case you need or forgot anything or don't want to venture too far away.

We had an amazing stay and cannot wait to go back! The condo was beautifully remodeled and had everything we needed. The host was amazing and was very responsive. The patio was by far our favorite place to hang out in the mornings and evenings.

We love the Sonoran spa with all the amenities it has to offer, and this condo has been our favorite so far! It’s very spacious for large families with kids, extremely clean, and has been updated and very well maintained! The Host was very communicative and even brought over extra blankets right away for the bunks when our kids got too cold. The location is also perfect for the amazing views on the large porch and being on the end next to the stairs is super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

My 14 year old daughter was hopping up and down in excitement as she went through the condo. The property exceeded my expectations. We had a wonderful stay. The bunk beds were the deciding factor for me since we have multiple kids and I loved not hearing them complain about sharing a bed. The mattresses are comfortable memory foam. We cooked meals in the kitchen with plenty of utensils. Easy check in with coded door lock. Excellent communication. Would love to stay here again.
