Our serene and centrally-located 7th-floor condo at Casa Blanca Golf Villas Resort offers simplicity and comfort. Bring your furry companions as we welcome up to 2 pets with no additional fees. Enjoy morning beach walks together and unwind with a dedicated workspace for longer stays. Take advantage of our 18-hole putting golf course right on-site. Relax by swimming in one of our two heated pools or the beachfront pool just steps from the Sea of Cortez. Please note that a $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your payment method the day before your arrival, and will be released within 7 days if there is no damage.
Casa Blanca is a resort privately owned by the HOA members, not a hotel. It is important to respect other guests, staff and owners of the resort. If for any reason security deems it necessary to remove you from the property for breaking the rules and regulations of the resort not refund will be given. Note: In our long time as managers this has only happened once. Quiet time is between 10pm - 8am.

The host was welcoming. We arrived an hour earlier and was allowed in. It was off season when we went, so the restaurant was closed most days we were there. However we were able to walk to many other restaurants that were open. The blind and the fan need to be fixed in the 2nd bedroom. We found golf clubs in the laundry room, so the guys were able to use the putting grounds on the resort. They had a great time. There was a heated pool, so we were able to swim. The Sky lounge is only open on the weekend. We were there Monday to Thrusday. Very dog friendly resort. We will go again next year with more friends. We used the beach towels in the room. They need a few more Tea towels & dish clothes for the kitchen. We were there Feb 9 to 12th.

Great Unit location

This unit is has a great view. They have some clubs and balls for you to do the putt coarse. A nice plus. The kitchen even has some spices for you to use. Had a little problem with the wifi but it was resolved quickly. Liked the keyless entrance.

Spacious with great view

Clean and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. The view is gorgeous. Morning sunrise can be seen from the balcony. Enjoyed the grounds and the heated pool, as well as the rooftop lounge, and La Joya bistro.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

Great place everyone was friendly pools and beach were great. Recommended 10/10 only down fall was would be they need to add more pans for cooking other than that great place clean and very comfortable. Would definitely come back

Great little Condo

We took our sons 17 and 11 and our dog, this condo was perfect size for us. Balcony was great with a view of the resort and beach in the distance. All staff that we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant was great, went three times, live music one night. Bernardo waited on us a couple times and was the best!!!

This was a great spot especially for a last minute surprise. However, the unit is on 7 of 8 floors and the elevator was out of service which apparently happens often and therefore made for a lot of exhausting trips up and down. Additionally, the master bath shower was clogged with what I can assume was the previous renters bath water… I made note of this right away to the owner but received not response back. Great property but under a lot of redoing landscape which made it look slightly dated. I would definitely book here again should these things be looked after more adequately

We love Casa Blanca!

We love staying at the Casa Blanca. The views from the room are beautiful! The mini golf is fun. Having a pool on the beach with bathrooms for resort occupants is nice. Everyone is friendly. Quick response from hosts for any concerns. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a great experience staying at this apartment. The communication with the owner was excellent and they were very responsive. Everything was super clean. Unfortunately, there was a power outage in Puerto Peñazco for a couple of hours which caused the water supply to be disrupted. Additionally, I noticed that the common areas of the Casa Blanca resort complex could benefit from better maintenance. Despite these issues, I would consider returning to this apartment, especially since it allows pets.
