Beautiful clean home, host responds right away . Pool is just a few steps away . We are a large family and fit very comfortably in this home. Definitely recommend.

Great location in Costa Diamante

This is our second time staying at Vicente's house and we love the location in the community. The community pool is directly out the back door and the beach is just a two block walk.

Great stay and would stay again. The stay started off a little shaky, but got back on track. The host had given my group permission to get in early, but there was a miscommunication with the cleaning staff. We showed up and the house was a disaster! I contacted the host and he got the cleaning crew over right away! Even if we had come at normal check in of 4pm the cleaning crew would still have been there. The house is beautiful and just as described! The old school coffee maker needs to be replaced, but the Keurig worked just fine. I'd bring extra dish towels for the kitchen and dishwasher tabs for the dishwasher but other then that the house was well stocked. The dishwasher took a long time to run, so run after breakfast and before bed. I'm still giving a 5 star review because the house was great and my group enjoyed the stay. I don't blame the host for the previous guests behavior, but would suggest making sure the cleaning crew is there right away if new guests are arriving the same day.

Quick Stay

My friends and I stayed at the property for a weekend. The location was great, double security to get to the property and a short walk to the beach. The property was also much bigger than it looks in the pictures. I did have some trouble getting entry information from the host, however the day before the trip he did finally get it over to me!

The house is beautiful and the location was perfect. The community pool is right outside which was super convenient. The beach was not too far and there are pathways that lead to the beach which you can easily pull a wagon with all your stuff. However, the home is needing some attention and TLC.The fridge was missing door shelves and bottom glass which limited the room to store your food. Some mini splits didn't work properly due to dirty filters. We cleaned some of them to get better air conditioning. One of the bedrooms had a broken door knob which came off when you tried to close the door. The middle floor bedroom was very hot. Which it didn't help either that the fan remote didn't work. You can't turn off the light at night unless you want the fan to turn off too. That room is very hot so we had to sleep with the lights on. We bought new batteries for the remote but it still didn't work. Also there were no hand soup in any of the bathrooms. It's normally an item that is provided with a home. The kidsroom had dirty linens. The pillow covers smelled really bad like bad body odor. The bunk bed bars are loose so be careful with children. The other bedrooms seemed like the sheets were clean but not all of the bed covers. There are ants in kitchen so keep your food closed. There is no can opener if you're planning on cooking and need to open something. The backgate doesn't close. Which that gate leads directly to the pool. The beds were comfortable and the house is spacious.

Home away from Home

This was our second time staying at this beautiful property. And once again it did not disappoint! It was clean and very spacious for our group of 12 and plenty of space for everyone. The pool is literally in the back yard and is huge! We had no issues and no problems what so ever. The beach is a two minute walk and there are some beach chairs in the garage to make it easy. This home us definitely our favorite in PP and can’t wait to return.

Property owners need to update the grills as not be of the outdoor grills work.

Nead to have more towels on the premises and dishwasher detergent. Could not run the dishwasher. Thank you
