Condo with View of El Malecón

  • This 2-bedroom unit is on the 5th floor in Casa Blanca Resort. It is a great place to relax, enjoy resorts amenities and eat your favorite foods. Master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and shared hallway bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Maximum occupancy in unit is 6 people. The beach is a short walk on the pathway through the resorts eighteen-hole putting course.

    We live full time in Rocky Point and will be able to assist you during your stay.
    All guests must follow HOA Rules and Regulations Casa Blanca Golf Villas Rental Policy Rules and Regulations
    All renters and guests must wear Resort wristbands at all times during their stay.
    The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 guests and is limited to the number of persons in the confirmed reservation.
    Please book your reservation with the total number of guests staying in condo as there is a fee per person to cover wristband expense.
    The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age.
    You must report any damages to the Host no later than departure.
    Quiet time is from 11 PM until 10 AM. Pools are open from 10 AM to 10 PM.
    Removal of occupants for cause by the owner, Host or the HOA will NOT receive a refund of unused rental, cleaning fee.
    Maximum two vehicles per condominium, including cars, trucks, ATV, trailers, cars must display sticker or rental pass.
    No towels or clothing is to be hung on the patio railing.
    Do not use the elevator when wet.
    Glass objects are not allowed in the pool or golf course area. BBQ areas are to be shared, cleaned after use, and propane tanks turned off after use.
    No charcoal grills are allowed on the patios. Trash must be taken to garbage containers.
    Music is to be heard only in the immediate area and is not to disturb other persons. All directions from security staff or HOA Mgmt. must be followed.
    CB Golf Villas are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or personal injuries.
    In Golf Course only “putter” should be used and children must be accompanied by adults.
    Check-in: 3 PM - 9PM Check-out: 11 AM

The best condo at Casa Blanca

We've stayed at Casa Blanca for the past five years and have rented different condos for each trip. This was, by far, the best condo we've rented with so many little touches and attention to detail that made our stay more comfortable. Casa Blanca is a great property that never disappoints. The new swim up pool bar and restaurant on the property are awesome!

Nice apartment but elevator broken

The apartment was really nice, the host was professional and provided alot of information upfront. However the elevator was not working most of the time and since this apartment is on the 5th floor, it put a big dent in the overall experience. If the elevator was working properly, it would have been perfect.
