Over all we had a great stay, though I do wish better communication was made about a few things. When booking it doesn't tell you that you cannot use the garage to park your vehicles, that information is later given to you when they email you the check-in codes for the house. It should be something told to potential guest upfront. During our stay the garage had no lights, as their was some electrical problem with them. That's where the washer and dryer are located so it made it a bit difficult for washing as its pretty dark in there unless you open the garage doors. The last thing I wish was better communicated to us was the prior damage to the rear patio door that had duck tape holding one of the glass in so it would not fall out, as they where waiting for the other glass to come in. This communication is important to prevent any further damages and or a injury to someone. I can say that when I communicated my issues with the managing company (SUSAN BETHEL with Rocky Point Travel), they were very responsive and made sure to respond in a timely manner. Over all the villa is beautiful and has almost everything you need during your stay. The resort is very beautiful and we loved our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we come to visit RP again.
