Laguna Shores- 4 Bed/4Bath Beachfront Condo

Casa de Paz is a a beautiful, newly built 4 bedroom 4 bath, fully equipped condo located in Puerto Penasco, MX also known as Rocky Point. Casa de Paz is a private beach front residence located within the breathtaking Laguna Shores resort.
Casa de Paz has been designed to be fully functional for families of all ages, a rest and relaxation destination, or an adventure filled adult weekend getaway.
Sleeps 10 comfortably. Dog friendly
Please note: Tidal shift near Laguna Shores is large. Sometimes the water is right up to the condo, sometimes it is very far out. When it is out it is a great opportunity to hunt clams and shells, even walk to the waters edge. Quite an experience!!!

PLEASE NOTE: AS OF FEBRUARY 18TH, 2025 REPAIRS ARE BEING DONE ON THE MAIN RESORT POOL. ANTICIPATED TIME TO COMPLETE IS 3 MONTHS. THE POOL WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR USE DURING REPAIRS.
THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL POOL ON THE RESORT FOR GUEST USE. PRICING REFLECTS DISCOUNTS FACTORED IN FOR LOSS OF USE OF MAIN POOL AND SWIM UP BAR

Host communicated clearly and the condo was a perfect spot for us to get away for the weekend. Restaurant nextdoor was a great ammenity being so close and reasonably priced with 5 star food. Condo was as described and worked great albeit way too big for my group.

Was ok. Swim up bar was cool when open, food is average. Food at restaurant is above average and service is great. This condo is located very far away from anything. It is a great location if youvare looking to stay in one place. If you are looking to hang out at bars and restaurants

These property is an amazing family-friendly getaway. The location is a little far from the main port and city, but it is the perfect location for a relaxing time right in front of the beach. The view from the main bedroom and terrace is unmatched, specially when the tide goes up. It's a private beach, and the place has so many things to offer entertainment wise. My only suggestion would be for the main management of these condos to consider adding more affordable options to eat, and snacks, as these were very expensive in the near by restaurant and pool bar. Me and my family had a wonderful time. The host has made sure you have EVERYTHING you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Laundry machine, soap, shampoo and conditioner are things we can all appreciate when you've traveled so far. I would love to come back here again. Thank you.

Best Condo at Laguna Sores Resort

This is a fabulous 4 bedroom 4 bathroom 2nd floor dog friendly Condo right on the beach and just a 1 minute walk to the recreation center, pool, and 4 star restaurant. Jeff has thought of everything you need to make it feel like your home away from home. The soaps, shampoos and conditioners in each shower were a very nice touch and shows how thoroughly the owners have thought of a renter’s needs. Staff at Laguna Shores Resort are pleasant and helpful Gardner’s work hard to keep the grounds looking good. The views from the condo are amazing. Since it is a corner unit it has views of the ocean and down the shoreline. We brought our own beach chairs but there are lounge chaises you can get from the pool area as well as beach towels from the pool concierge. We loved the tidal changes which make it fun to walk over a mile to the receded waterline. It came in and out twice a day during our stay. We found huge sand dollars at the receded waters edge when tide was out. Like being on a treasure hunt with the kids. Jeff the host is responsive and friendly. The perfect type of host you would expect for a 5 star host. THANK YOU!

Great quiet getaway!

Kids ages 7-22 LOVED it here, as did my hubby and me! From the moment we arrived, it was like we were invited to a family member's home. Fully stocked kitchen (cookware, utensils, etc) so we could make a few home cooked meals. A lot of games, books, DVDs, even sand toys for the littles! Kids loved the resort amenities like corn hole, table tennis, Foosball, kayaking, hot tub... pool was a little too chilly but that's to be expected as we're in off-season. Tide was out during the day but again we're in off season. Kids still walked the kayaks out to the water and had a lot of fun. Super quiet here (again off-season so we can't speak for prime time), and ~ 20 minutes to downtown. Felt super safe the entire time. A fabulous getaway that our family will treasure forever. Thank you so much!!

Nice quiet resort stay

This cute condo was right next to the office, pool, and restaurant. Great location in Laguna Bay. Great communication with the owner and customer service. Love 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and the beds are comfortable. About 15 min from Rocky Point. The pool was cold in March but the kids loved the big jacuzzi and the pool area is beautiful for relaxing. This condo is right on the beach with a great view. The only disappointment is that depending on the tide schedule, the ocean can be far out during the day which was stated by the owner. Laguna Bay has good security and was a nice quiet getaway. The restaurant has a great chef!

Great place on the beach

Perfect place for our family to relax and do some shell hunting. Great sunsets. Plenty of room for the eight of us. Host was courteous and prompt with any questions. would love to stay here again. Thanks for everything Jeff. Everyone went home happy! John
