You are in a wonderland of beaches, green grass courtyards, and many palm tree-shaded areas. This is the Princessa de Penasco. At Princessa you will first head behind the C Tower to the on-site reservation office run by Casago Vacation Rentals. After you get your keys you will walk down one of the flower-lined red brick paths to your condo tower. You will enjoy beautiful amenities like beachfront swimming pools, beach lounge areas, and even a heated Jacuzzi. You can grab a quick lunch at the Colins Cantina restaurant and then maybe burn it off at the ocean view fitness center in the middle of the resort.

You could get some friends together for a game of beach volleyball or collect seashells on the beach. The resort is very safe and has security guards on-site if you have any issues. The living area is furnished with a gray sofa and armchair. The media unit is equipped with a large TV and DVD. You can email and Facebook with your friends because the condo has high-speed wireless internet. You can get to the terrace through the living room.

In the dining room, there is a table with seating. The room also has bakers rack decorated with several different green silk plants. The kitchen is recently updated with oak wood cabinets, gray granite countertops and black appliances. You can make quite a meal in this wonderful kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an arched wood headboard. The room has a set of matching bedside tables with reading lamps and a dresser. You can hang your clothes in either closet that surrounds the ocean view window. You also have a smaller double door cabinet below the window.

The attached master bathroom has an arched entry with a lighted mirrored sink vanity, tub, commode and shower. The 2nd guest bedroom has two wood-framed twin size beds. There is a beautiful wood-framed piece of art mounted on the wall above the beds and a small bedside table below. The room has a dresser with a TV and a window that looks out to the condo entry. The room also includes a large double door closet with full-length mirrors. The hall bathroom has a walk-in shower, commode and a single sink lighted vanity. The terrace is furnished with a glass top table and chairs. You could have dinner outside while you gaze at the beautiful Rocky Point sunsets or you could just kick back with a glass of wine and listen to the sounds of the waves break. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans. You will be very pleased with the accommodations of this spacious condo.
