Regarding your comments i believe there must be a confusion regarding the maid stoping by, Maids always stop by the fisrt 3 days of the reservation and take out the trash and leave extra TP. laundry soap, napkins, etc. Thank again, and we hope to see you again soon.

Buenos dias Monica,Muchas gracias por dejarnos sus comentarios respecto a su ultima estadia con nosotros, comprendo que la situacion fue preocupante y frustante durante sus vacaciones, el Huracan Hillary llego justamente ese fin de semana y lamentablemente era algo que estaba fuera de nuestras manos, tratamos de hacer lo mejor posible para que usted y nuestros demas huespedes estuvieran a salvo, asi mismo, el problema que hubo sobre la electricidad y la falta de agua fue por el mismo Huracan Hillary. Espero que en un futuro pueda volver a quedarse con nosotros para poder demostrarle que podemos darle el mejor servicio para que pase unas excelentes vacaciones, mi equipo ya me notifico que se comunicaron con usted para darle una compensacion por los inconvenientes, le ofrezco una disculpa por no poder cumplir con sus expectativas pero vamos a trabajar mucho para poder mejorar en todos los aspectos.
