Affordable 3 bedrooms 2 baths home! Great economic option for those looking for a place to sleep, on a budget, and close to the best things that Puerto Peñasco has to offer!

Ideally for family and friends gathering located within the authentic local vibe experience. Overall it's a great place for anyone and we have the pleasure of sharing the experience with YOU!

The Space:
This is nice quiet place do get your work done, grill with your friends, or go on to explore our town. Our home is also perfect for long term stays. We're looking forward to hosting you!

It is around 10 minutes away from the beach, local attractions and restaurants. On-site private parking space for up to 4 vehicles.

If you are looking for an affordable, confortable, and clean certified place to vacation in Puerto Peñasco, this unique space is built to warm welcome tourist that very much need a place to sleep at and during the day enjoy the beauty that our beautiful city has to offer.

Awesome lil vacation
Everything was as was explained. Only bad thing is the lighting in the master bedroom is not that good the one by the sink doesn’t really work. I loved how the coffee pot wasn’t working and as soon as I let them know they brought us one that did. We love the house and would definitely try to rent it out again

This is a great property for individuals who are not afraid to immerse themselves in the local culture. You will be in a traditional Mexican neighborhood in Puerto Penyasco, right along with the locals. The address listed on the website is 980 but the number on the door is 218, so it was a little confusing. However, the property management team was very quick and responsive in helping us locate the house. The management team was also gracious and kind when I had to call them the next day because I forgot the door code and locked ourselves out! The house was clean, spacious, and had three bedrooms. Security was not a problem, as all the windows had modern security fixtures on them. This is a great house for a small group of friends or family to share and split the cost of the rental. We estimated the square footage of the home to be around 1400-1500 sq'. The next-door neighbors on both sides were friendly and accommodating. There is a small local grocery store (carnaciria/frutieria) just a few blocks away and is a great way to save money from eating out all the time.

Really good place for the price
We usually stay at a resort Las Palomas Etc, this time we wanted to try something different and bring our Dog Lola with us . So this place admits pets the price was very reasonable and you have all the accommodations you need it’s only 10 minute drive to the ocean some stores nearby will definitely rent this place again
