Val av en tal - Spektakulär

Spectacular är det enda sättet att beskriva denna 4000 kvadratmeter stora egendom på stranden. Privat gated och säkert hem för ökad säkerhet i det gated community Las Conchas. Sovrummen består av fyra stora sovrum och fyra badrum. Konstnärliga tegelkupoler i matsalen och sovrummen,
vägg till vägg tonat glas drar på mystiskt sätt Cortez Sea atmosfär i detta hem.
Ett 22 fot högt katedralen i katedralen i kupolformat för att reflektera universumet med en guldkupol återspeglar solens strålar i hela denna 30 fot cirkulära Great
Rum med havsutsikt från golv till tak. Importerade möbler från Filippinerna, ett hvalsvans soffbord och enorma vita pelare, automatisk gasspis och Bose stereosystem med CD-spelare ger allt till atmosfären. Det stora köket har ett sida vid sida kylskåp, halogen höghastighets kokplats, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och dricksvatten system och satellit High Definition TV-system. Väggar av tonat glas omger den stora matplatsen med utsikt över stranden och havet. Den stora privata verandan på övervåningen är utrustad med en gasgrill och är perfekt för Margarita Time på eftermiddagen eller sola och stirra. Det stora sovrummet, med vägg till vägg glas utsikt över havet och king size-säng, har en annan katedral tegel kupoltak. Masterbadet integrerar glasblockväggar med anpassade skåp och bänkskivor i granit. Det andra sovrummet på bottenvåningen har två drottningssängar med handskårna headboards
och sitt eget anpassade stora badrum. Whale sovrummet nedervåningen har en hand snidad king size-säng och anpassat stort badrum. Det fjärde sovrummet har eget badrum, väggar i glas med havsutsikt och en bäddsoffa i queen size-storlek. Under dagen omvandlas detta sovrum till ett TV-center med High Definition storskärms satellit-TV och videobandspelare. Utanför detta sovrum finns en stor täckt veranda, valmosaik och en badstranddusch med varmt och kallt vatten. Central luft / värme, och fläktar i alla rum och WiFi slutför detta hem. Owner should have house better preoared

Architecturally beautiful great beach location. Oceano, the management company was outstanding at responding to issues. A/C worked great. Cons: lots of ants on cabinets, mouse dropping in every lower cabinet, no umbrella on deck, micro and oven not functional (manager got fixed), TVs did not work (management fixed small tv), not so much as a broom for cleaning(I.e. a broken glass, or if someone got sick), mouse ran across kitchen 2x while cooking (we elected to eat out every night after), no access to a washer and dryer. House is for sale and in need of updating. None of this was managements fault..I would rent again from them but probably not this property.

Great trip with some disappointments

We stayed in the house with our children and grandson for a total of 6 nights. The house is beautiful, kitchen is decently stocked with most things that you need for meal prep. The balconies, sitting room and kitchen areas were the most used, missing the beautiful beach views. On the first day that we checked in we arrived after the office had closed but our keys and a map were left and we had no issues finding the house. A maintenance guy even stopped by and made sure we had his number should the need arise. Everyone was nice and accommodating. On day 5 we lost water in the house. we called the maintenance guy and the rental office, leaving several messages with no response. A repair person from the leasing office showed up and was going to take care of the water issue. it took 6 hours for us to get water again with no follow ups or updates what so ever. water went out again the following day with a better response time. Customer service is severely lacking, even when brought to their attention that customer service needs improvement still no improvement. no one from the leasing office apologized for the inconvenience- first step in customer service. I asked several questions and most were ignored and never responded to. there was no compensation or further follow up regarding the issue. I was informed that the leasing company was going to see what they could do for us regarding some sort of compensation and a week after we checked out we continue to be ignored.

Disappointing stay

Given the price point for this property we were extremely disappointed. No working TV, house was dirty upon arrival, no measuring cups, no hand mixer, fans were loud and not in good condition (unusable), bottom floor smelled of cat urine, no working lights in the master bedroom, dishes were chiped, cups, utensils, and plates were dirty in the cabinet, 4th bedroom isn't a bedroom-it has 2 pullout sofas, and no way to lock the house when going to the beach unless you went out the front door and walked all the way around! We love going down and we do go down every few months-this house will not be chosen!

Beachfront and Ahhhhmazing!

This house is right off the beach, setback for privacy, has a great secluded patio, huge open area with fireplace, and large bedrooms with large bathrooms. Everything is updated, but remains an iconic, Las Conchas beach house, with Mexican flair, and simple vibes. Great pace for family or groups. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful property

This home it’s a very beautiful property! It was super clean and really well maintained. We had no problems whatsoever during our stay. It is directly on the water although there are some sand dunes with shrubs right between the property and the waterfront so it’s set back just a bit from the beach. But not much and we had direct access and unlimited views of the sea. The fourth bedroom is actually a sofa bed in a family room, but it was downstairs with its own bathroom and a door that closed so privacy wasn’t a problem. I do wish the property provided bottled water since most rentals do that. The filtered water at the sink and refrigerator was a mere trickle and not functional. 100% I would stay here again!

Whale of a Tale

Whale of a Tale is a beautiful house, right on the beach. We have stayed here before and loved this house, so we returned this year, even though we were charged a full five day payment when the owner's strict cancellation policy would not let us postpone a visit to Rocky Point during the pandemic. We enjoyed our return visit this year, with a few caveats. There was only one trash bag in the kitchen, no paper towels, and no broom. Oceano, the local management company, did provide us with a broom and a few trash bags. The other problem we had was that one of the refrigerator door shelves was not fastened properly when we arrived, so we lost a bottle of wine and two bottles of salad dressing when the shelf fell out of the refrigerator. On the other hand, it is a lovely home, and generally well maintained.

great house and location but could have been cleaner

House is awesome, views from patio are wonderful, location on beach could not have been better. Bring your own bottled water because the filtered water in kitchen and fridge do not work. downstairs and bedrooms windows were dirty inside and out, all window shades were filthy, loads of dust everywhere.

October Getaway

This was our second visit here. We very much enjoy this home and its proximity to the water and the fish market shopping and dining area. We lost power for a few hours but spent the time on the deck with a full moon for light. It was beautiful! We are already planning another trip next month.

Boyfriends 40th bday stay

The pictures do no justice! When we first walked in we were amazed at the size and the view of this property. It had a relaxing energy and loved how beautifully they designed the place. The ceilings with the dome light and bricks were a great touch. It was literally steps to the beach. The A/C and ceiling fans worked great and all kitchen amenities were included so it was very convenient. Each bedroom has its own huge bathroom and there was an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after the beach! The driveway was gated so we felt secure leaving our cars on the property. We were all very happy with this property! We will definitely book here again when we’re back in Puerto Penasco.

Anniversary Trip

Awesome. Perfect. Incredible.

WOW!! What a place. This was like renting our own private beach. From the time you walk in the front door and look out the large glass wall of windows at the beautiful Sea of Cortez it is breath taking. The home owner has gone above and beyond on the interior and exterior of the home its drop dead gorgeous. We could not have picked a better home and we all had a whale of a time. Thanks again!

RUN!! We were robbed and the owner could care less

We showed up to find that there was a water leak and the water had to be shut off. They sent over 2 workers to fix the issue. Once they left we discovered that $440.00 and a pair of sunglasses had been taken. We contacted the owner and he said a "massage person" from the beach might have done it. Problem is all the doors were locked and the only people with access was us and their workers. The next day the water pipe was gushing water out the garage so we called again. What was our compensation for having no running water for the better part of the first day and being robbed??....$100.00 Frank the owner thought this was a fair compensation. The home is dated and the fourth bedroom is a pull out couch. If you are reading this rent another home!! This one is not what it's cracked up to be.

Awesome experience

When you walk in the door, that view is everything. The rooms are spread out nice, the kitches is huge, the balcony is great with plenty of chairs and a gas grill. The walk to the beach was a little longer than we liked but thats ne nitpicking. Loved this house. Wifi worked great fyi.

The impression if the property was good. The house looks nice on the pictures.

My experience at whale of tale was not a good one at all. To start of the A/C did not work on te downstairs floor. The fourth bedroom is not really a bedroom it's a converted living room into a bedroom where the only TV in the house is there. There is no bed but rather a sofa bed. The house is infected with cockroaches LOTS of them. To get to the beach you have to go around a few bushes and rocks. It's not really a beachfront home. The dinning room had no light as we were never able to turn it on nor the patios. So they are a waste at night. We mentioned it to afew maintenance guys who came around while we were there and they only said someone else would come fix and never did. We ran out of water everyday we were there and were left without any water service for 5+ hours. Our overall experience at whale of a tale was bad and would difenetly not stay there again.
