A month in paradise

We had a wonderful time at Icon in Puerto Vallarta. The condo was lovely, exactly as advertised. Would definitely recommend it and hope to stay again in the future.

Beautiful stay in Puerto Vallarta

We had a wonderful stay at Lou’s condo in Puerto Vallarta. The unit was as nice in person as it is in the photos. The view is amazing and the location was great. Would absolutely come back!

Amazing Views

The floor to ceiling windows allowed for amazing views. The furniture on the balcony was comfortable and everything else was really nice as well. A large grocery store is close by, as well as delicious taco stands behind the Sam's club. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

Wonderful stay!

The unit was very well equipped and the check in process was smooth and very professional. Got a little noisy on the living room side in the evenings but we recognized that our stay was over a peak period. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful getaway!

We had a great stay at Louis's place at the Icon! The views were beautiful and the check-in process was seamless. Prices at the beach bar were very reasonable for food and drink with good service, and the proximity to the airport and away from the very touristy parts were a great plus. Still very easy to get to Centro or the Romantic Zones, but enjoyed being slightly away from the craziness. The pool is absolutely amazing!

Fantastic place

Beautiful well kept and equipped condo. Great views of the ocean and the staff on site were very professional, friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay there again. It was also nice to have an on-site restaurant for breakfast and beach bar and grill with service to the pool. Couldn’t have felt safer and Lou was very easy to work with.

Iconic!

Great place for a couple with lovely views of Banderas Bay. The beach in front of the property is very suitable for walking. The pools are very pleasant. Grocery stores and restaurants are easily walkable as well. The sliding glass doors on the two sides of this corner unit provide a great cross breeze when opened. The building is very quiet at night, and we like that. We did not use the available food or beverage service but many others did and seemed to like it.

Outstanding property & stylish condo

Overall, my partner and I had an amazing stay. The private beach, landscaping and pools were lovely. The unit doesn’t have a sunset view but that wasn't a deal-breaker for us. We would go down to the beach to watch the sunset every night. I would definitely stay at this condo again.

PV beach condo

I stayed at this lovely condo for 4 nights and it did not disappoint. The pictures don’t do it justice. I had the pleasure of getting the sunrise and sunset :) great pool / beach area, food and drinks are priced well and a nice gym if you’re into that kinda thing. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be coming back.

We will definitely retun!

Great communication with the owner prior to our arrival in PV. The condo is clean, spacious and the bed quite comfortable. The view of the Sierra Madre Mountains and the Bay of Banderas is amazing. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the property management team, Enrique and Gabriela who demonstrated the use of the t.v., location of appliances, etc. We will definitely stay at this location in the future.

Bring Your Binoculars

The view sold me on this condo and it didn’t disappoint. What a pleasure to sit on the balcony (on new furniture) to look out at the ocean where we watched ships come and go plus whales playing in the water. Communication with Lou, the owner, was very easy. The staff at the beach club were great. We enjoyed drinks and food almost every day where we watched the sunset over the ocean. The rules kept order in the complex and didn’t bother us. I would recommend this condo for anyone needing some R&R.

Great property

We truly enjoyed the unit and the amenities of the Icon residence. Location is great, just 15 min taxi ride to zona romantica. Mr Enrique the propert manager always responded our inquiries promptly. The elevator could get busy at times but not a big problem. Highly recommended stay.

Luxury e with Amazing Views

We couldn’t have asked for anything more from our stay. Unit is well appointed, everything you would need. The security team is stringent on property rules but it’s really not too much of a bother. Minor inconvenience for such a wonderful property and experience. Convenience store and grocery store within easy walking distance. Would love to visit again!

This place is a five star for the view.If you travel all day to reach this destination, make sure you have soap with you if you want to freshen up. Rented condos before, many times, and it was a first for us being told "Icon does not supply of soap as these are private condos"are private condos pConproblem

A GREAT STAY

I'm a seasoned Puerto Vallarta fan and have lived/visited PV for years. The Icon is a lovely place with a friendly staff and quality of lifestyle that will not disappoint. I enjoyed the coworking space they had, made a new friend or two, enjoyed the restaurant, beach bar and especially the view. Huricane Lydia gave us a scare but the building seems to be very weel constructed to obstain any surprises that mother nature may deliver from time to time. I will return and soon.
