The colorful and tasteful decor are the signature of this condo and the view of the lush mountains from the oversized balcony provides a fantastic compliment. The condo feels spacious for its size, thanks to raised ceilings and an open floor plan.

A king-size bed is located in the bedroom that has a window with a beautiful view out to the green mountains of Vallarta and has a ceiling fan and air conditioning to keep you cool at night.

The kitchen is appointed with an oven, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Meals can be served at the indoor dining table with seating for 4 or "al fresco" at the table on the private balcony.

The apartment features 2 full bathrooms, allowing couples to have an entire bathroom to themselves and avoid traffic jams before going out on the town OR the extra bathroom can be left open for guests.

The Zenith building boasts modern amenities and styling. It's located on the corner of Venustiano Carranza and Calle Constitucion, 2.5 blocks from the beach and surrounded by the town's best restaurants, produce markets, boutiques, and art galleries.

Zenith's common areas include a rooftop terrace with a pool, hydromassage, lounge chairs, dining area, BBQ, and fitness room. Security is on-site 24/7. 

Neighborhood description

Location, location, location! The Zenith building is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Zenith.

The beach is also a short walk, 3 blocks west of Zenith. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, etc.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo and the building's common areas. Guest's visitors are welcome to visit inside the condo, but access to the common areas is restricted to guests with a current reservation only.
- The lobby and common pool areas including the pool and Jacuzzi are open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- The gym is open from 7 am to 10 pm. (It is mandatory to bring your own towel)

Other things to note
Visitor’s policy: Renters are allowed to receive up to 2 visitors per day. They must be registered at least 1 hr. in advance. Each visitor must leave an ID at the front desk for time they are in the building. Visitor hours are from 9 am and they cannot stay past 12:00 a.m. They do not have access to the common areas (pool, gym, etc.). at any time.

Renters must be at least 25 years old. Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. No cable television offering, however, there are smart TV internet apps available including Netflix, YouTube, and Spotify. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

NOTE: You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may result in a fine of $2,000 Mexican Pesos or more.
