Cute hotel, super friendly staff

When I arrived to check in, the lady who runs the hotel greeted me warmly. I didn't realize they didn't speak English, and I don't speak much Spanish. But, it didn't seem to phase her one bit. She spoke warmly and waited patiently until I would nod in agreeance and say "si". I stayed a week, and every interaction was great. The room was very clean; modest, but great deal for the price. It was fairly quiet. I'm a light sleeper, so she pointed me to the best room for me. Each morning there was a small breakfast put out, coffee, yogurt, pound cake, and fresh cut fruit. It was perfect, since I like to have coffee pretty much as soon as I wake up. I was also happy they had almond milk for the coffee - the lady was also super sweet and seemed pleased that I found and used it. I didn't want to leave, but I had to get back home. When I went to check out, she asked if I wanted to stay longer lol. Apparently that's very common in Sayulita! She also called a taxi for me, and made sure I got picked up to go to the airport. Not sure what company it was (I should've asked) but the van was super clean, air conditioned, and for a third less than I was expecting to pay. Would definitely recommend this hotel, & would stay again! Also, great location - close to everything, but far enough to be quiet, and one block from the beach.

Nice little spot

Teresa is the nicest person you'll ever meet. She is super helpful and makes sure that you are well taken care of. Her husband also makes sure you have everything you need. The room was clean and basic. Be aware that that's exactly what you'll get. There's no TV, the room has a comfortable bed, but no closed closet (there is a place to hang your clothes though). If you're looking for a basic room that's close to the beach and you don't care about luxury, this is the place for you. I basically only used the room to sleep since I was out and about, so it was perfect for me. I'd come back.

A little slice of heaven

We were 3 adults in a 2 bed suite. We knew that there was a communal kitchen but we were happily surprised to find our own mini kitchen and semi private patio area directly outside our room including a fridge and sink. Also an unexpected complementary breakfast!! WiFi was very strong everywhere. The staff were very gracious and friendly. Very secure and safe. A block away from the beach and Market.

Good location but horrible room

Although the room location was ideal and right near the beach..the room itself was small and stinky. I arrived late at night and there were no blankets on the bed..only a sheet. And there were no wash cloths to be had. None of the staff spoke any English so good luck getting assistance..I could not recommend this place for the money..I think there must be better rooms in and around town..

Close to the beach, close to some great food, close to downtown but far enough away from the noise. It was super super clean and the staff felt like family what more can I say, it was exactly what we needed. :)

Nice hotel very close to beach

Very clean hotel in a quiet part of town but minutes away from beach. Rooms are small so they are perfect for a solo traveler but decent for two people.

Llegue con unos amigos para verificar mi reservación, y nos corrieron de la estancia de la entrada cuando no siquiera estábamos haciendo algún desorden. Algunos nos gusta ver tv en la noche y no hay en las habitaciones. Y aún amigo no lo querían dejar entrar por qué le dijeron que él no estaba hospedado ahí y si tenía su cuarto.

La mejor atención

La estancia en el hotel diamante fue estupenda. Tiene perfecta ubicación y está muy limpio. Tiene reglas muy claras y eso hace la estancia aún más agradable. Es un hotel diseñado para descansar y logra su cometido. Nos recibió Teresa, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesta a solucionar cualquier necesidad que Tuviéramos. En las habitaciones, hacen figuras con las toallas limpias, hay siempre detalles agradables. El hotel Cuenta con una Cocina en área común y un refrigerador muy amplio. Puedes cocinar y convivir en un ambiente tranquilo. La alberca siempre está limpia. Definitivamente, es un hotel para regresar.

Charming palce Beach is less than 2 blocks

I asked for a ocean view if possible. They accommodated me by giving ne the upstairs unit facing the beach. You can see the ocean but it really is not ocean view but for the price it wa sloes enough

Buen hotel

Muy bonito hotel, las instalaciones limpias siempre y buena atencion. Esta en el centro por lo que se facilita el trasladarte por el pueblito. Recomendable.
