A perfect location close to the marina (not the beach), beautiful views, all listing details are correct. Good level AC, a fridge had drinking water and overall the kitchen is well equipped. Convenient in-building garage with a car space close to an elevator. On a downside: not very clean towels, broken power outlet in one of the bedrooms (it has one on each side of the bed), no instruction about a broken door lock that resulted in 1.5h of calls and a locksmith effort to extract us from the apartment then we decided to go to a dinner (yes: we got locked inside!!).Otherwise, it would be 5 stars.

Loved this marina location! All the restaurants and stores are just a few steps away. The condo was very comfortable, security was great, check in was smooth, property manager was awesome! Air conditioner worked perfectly! The only negatives (for me) was the black out drapes in the bedrooms are a little smaller than the bedrooms, so it was hard to sleep with light coming in. Also, it’s very loud at night being so close to everything. Sirens all the time. Neither one of us slept through the night, but if you’re a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine. We enjoyed the privacy of the pools inside the development. The master bedroom door has shifted and is a little difficult to open and makes loud sounds, should be a quick fix for someone though. We also enjoyed watching the boats at the marina. The main balcony has very comfortable furniture and view is a marina/mountain/ street view, so if you’re wanting ocean/beach views this is not the place for you. There are several beach clubs nearby that can accommodate those desires.

We were greeted when we got there by the very friendly Laura. She walked us through the beautiful condo and showed us how to work everything. Everything was clean and in good repair. Lots of glasses and dishes as well as towels and linens. The view from our condo was a mix of the marina and the mountains in the background. Coffee on the deck every morning was relaxing and entertaining with people watching. We will definitely go back again.

Spectacular views and everything you need to enjoy your stay

This property is perfectly located near all restaurants and shops in the marina. The condo is on an upper floor with spectacular views from the front and back. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay - all the cookware, utensils, etc. and of course TVs. And of course excellent hosts. We would gladly stay again.

We had such a wonderful week staying at this property. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The property manager, Laura, was so helpful and accommodating, and the condo itself was comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed using the on site amenities and spending the afternoons swimming in the pools. The views from the 8th floor were stunning and we really enjoyed dining at many of the restaurants in the Marina. The area is so walkable. We hope to return very soon and would love to stay there again. Many thanks!!

Excellent location & amenities

The property location is perfect and within walking distance of anything you need. Close enough to walk to the golf course too. The amenities at this facility are really nice, 2 pools, a bar, spa and gym. We had a view of the Marina on one side and a view of the golf course on the other. Really enjoyed having coffee on the deck each morning. The kitchen was well equipped except it could use a bigger coffee pot. It was pretty small for 4 people & had to clean it first. The beds were very comfy as were the rest of the furnishings in the property. Can't say enough about the Property Manager Laura. She went above & beyond. She was very responsive, helpful and friendly. While most of the reviews said the property was very clean, we felt it was only surface clean and could use a thorough deep clean. Not sure when the white bath mats in the bathrooms were last washed. Having said that, this did not deter from our enjoyment of the property and would definitely stay here again.

Great holiday in Marina Vallarta

We are regular Puerto Vallarta travelers and normally have a favorite luxury spot, but they were fully booked. We found this condo in the marina and it exceeded expectations! The condo was very clean, spacious, and well appointed with all the amenities both inside the unit and the property in general. The unit also had a large balcony with a spectacular view of the marina, cruise ships and the mountains. It was a favorite spot to both start the day with coffee and end the day with a cocktail. The morning sunrise was spectacular! The location also provides all services, restaurants and bars you could want, with easy access to downtown! Last but not least, the owner was great to work with. Very communicative and accessible, with a local property manager as well that helped us with a few additional requests along the way! If you’re looking for a luxury place to stay that’s comfortable and accessible, this is it. We only left a few days ago and have already discussed returning to this unit again soon! Don’t miss out!
