Harbor 171 – House Rules & Building Guidelines
Guest Registration & Access (Mandatory)

To comply with building security:

All guest full names must be provided before arrival
All adults must present a valid ID at check-in to gain access
Access may be denied by security if this is not completed

Each time you enter or exit through the beach access, you may be required to show identification.

Visitors Policy
Guests are NOT allowed to bring external visitors
The building only permits visitor access for owners under specific conditions, which do not apply to short-term guests
No Parties or Events
Events, gatherings, or parties are strictly prohibited
Use of common areas for events requires prior authorization (not available for guests)
Pool Rules

To maintain a safe and clean environment:

Proper swimwear is required
Shower before entering the pool
Children under 12 must be supervised at all times
Babies must wear swim diapers

Not allowed:

Glass containers
Running, diving, or rough play
Eating in or around the pool
Smoking
Loud music (headphones only)
Jacuzzi Rules
Maximum capacity: 10 people
Maximum use: 30 minutes
Shower before entering
No jewelry or metallic objects
Minors are not allowed
Gym Rules
Open daily from 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Guests must be 15+ years old
Equipment must be cleaned and returned after use
Personal trainers require prior authorization
Common Areas Guidelines

To respect all residents:

No loud music in common areas (headphones only)
Do not move or reserve furniture (loungers, umbrellas, etc.)
Only small pool floats allowed (max 1 meter)
Keep personal belongings supervised at all times
Food & Drinks
No food or drinks inside or around pool/jacuzzi areas
Use designated snack/bar areas only
Alcohol allowed in moderation for guests 18+
Towels
Only light gray or white towels allowed in pool areas
No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited:
Inside the unit
On balconies
In all common areas
Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed in common areas
Must be leashed when entering/exiting the building
Owners are fully responsible for any accidents or damage
Safety & Security
Weapons or dangerous items are strictly prohibited
Use of common areas while intoxicated or disruptive is not allowed
Trash
Do not leave trash in common areas
Dispose of waste in designated areas only
General Conduct

These rules are enforced by building management and security.

Failure to comply may result in:

Removal from common areas
Cancellation of stay without refund
