Beautiful property with a few opportunities

This property and unit are incredible and the rooftop pool is amazing. The unit needs new linen and mattress pad cover. They were both stained. Also, while we were there the main building (not the unit) lost power with zero communication from the property management and was out the entire day. That meant that we walked up and down over 10 flights of stairs every time we came and went. Multiple people in the building confirmed that this was due to a non-paid power bill by the developer. It also effected the water in the entire building so, there were not toilets, sinks or water for an entire day.
