Platsen kallas ”Mismaloya condominiums” och den ligger i en anläggning, med gated ingång,
24-timmars säkerhet och reception, med säsongsbetonad restaurang med rumsservice.

Adressen är. ”La Jolla de Mismaloya, kilometer 11 Carretera Barra de Navidad och spelar Gemelas i KM 9. 5 Carretera de Navidad. (bredvid Barcelo Hotel Resort)

Lägenheten ligger på 3: e våningen, (med hiss) har en exceptionell öppen utsikt över havet och gröna frodiga berg.

Anläggningen har privat grind till stranden, med utomhusdusch, pool, jacuzzi och stor tennisbana.

Byggnaden har en restaurang som serverar frukost, lunch och middag under högsäsong. (Från oktober) till rimligt pris.

Komplexet har en mycket vänlig 24-timmarsreceptionspersonal i receptionen, för att förse dig med lägenhetsnycklar, badhanddukar, gym och strandnycklar, is, extra leveranser, wifi-koder och alla andra tjänster. (mycket liknande en hotellreception)

Det finns flera små restauranger på stranden med lokala mattjänster och rimliga priser.

Det finns många leverantörer på stranden som erbjuder fiske, vattenskoter, parasailing, snorkling, dagsbåtturer, valskådning osv .....

Dessa lägenheter ligger bredvid 5-stjärnigt hotell ”Barcelo” Resort, som erbjuder dagspass för att äta och njuta av anläggningen till mycket rimliga priser. (9.00-18.00, allt du kan äta och dricka).

Området är känt för två stora Hollywood-filmer. " Iguana natt "" och "Rovdjur 1" med Arnold Schwarzenegger.


Färgerna, ljuden och den friska luften som omger detta paradis som miljö ger dig ett bestående minne av lugn och ro.

Mismaloy location was absolutely beautiful and the condo was very clean. I texted Hessam before our rental started to see if W/D worked. I had read in the August and September reviews that it was not working. I have still not received a reply, but it does not work. We had trouble getting on the internet. And I had texted Hessam to ask for better ways to access the internet, (husband needed for work). On day 5 of 7 day stay he, replied. Living room furniture has no tears or stains but is not very comfortable if you are sitting more than maybe 30 minutes. There is little padding left and you feel the wooden supports of the frame on your butt and back. Bed was good, not exceptional. ( probably good middle of the road firmness but we like more plush firmness) The sheets were great.Communication was very little and anything but timely. The place and view were very lovely.There is a nice pool suitable for swimming laps.Although you can take buses and taxis, I recommend having a car at Mismaloy.

The room was as expected; simple yet had most of what you needed. The view was amazing and the local people were very friendly. It was very quiet so not many people were ever in the lovely warm pool. It’s a quick ride on the bus into PV. There were a few cons- the in-unit washer/dryer does not work and you have to buy water so be prepared to walk into town and back up the hill. Wifi connection is poor so if you want or need to be on your devices you may be frustrated.

Great location, quiet area, nice pool and very clean premises. The condo itself was updated with new appliances which were too large to allow some cabinets to open, the washer in the unit was broken, the drawers in the closet were very difficult to open -- some didn't open at all, and the cooking pans and utensils were banged up and very old. We enjoyed our stay despite these inconveniences .

The views were amazing. Property overall was a little dated, but clean and nice. Well worth the price. The only downside was that the futons were dirty once you extended them for sleep, and there were no sheets to put on them.

The pictures of the property do not do this condo justice. It is an amazing space that is well taken care of with amazing views.The onsite staff are wonderful and nice. There is private access to the beach and sun loungers. The onsite restaurants and pool were closed during our stay but looked very nice. The only complaint is that the host did not return messages nor did they let the front staff know we were coming. They had to scramble to clean upon our arrival (we were even a day late due to flight delays). Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to have a quiet serene trip to PV.

Location location location

The location, the property grounds & gardens are beautiful and the view of the bay was breathtaking. Would absolutely stay again. Unfortunately pool was closed for repairs & communication with owner a bit slow. Access to the beach was great to have. When a few items needed repairing the building staff were very helpful

Frustrated

Yes the view was Amazing, the pool and hot tub were great and we loved the on site restaurant. But we had a bad water leak from the master bathroom toilet and getting it fixed was frustrating. Got a maintenance guy to look at it after 3 days and he didn’t know what to do so my husband spent all afternoon fixing it. Closet doors falling off, no book to tell you how to use the washer/dryer and also the TV. Never got ahold of the owner until the end.

Great Location outside of PV downtown

This was our 2nd time coming to this Condo. It’s such a wonderful and relaxing place to vacation. We love the 24 hour security and onsite restaurant. Walking from this location into the town of Mismaloya is not difficult and the two stores to get provisions are great! We love it here at this condo!!

Nice Location in a tranquil & quiet setting

The building is in a nice quiet location. It is an older condo building but is very well maintained and has all the amenities needed. We met many other people staying or living at the condo building in addition to the building staff and everyone was very pleasant. The pool, jacuzzi, tennis and sitting areas are wonderful. There is a fantastic restaurant within the condo that is open for lunch & dinner. We really enjoyed their food.The condo itself is very comfortable and accommodating with an amazing view of the bay and ocean. On many days we seen whales and dolphins from our balcony. We definitely plan to come back again as we really enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I have been coming here for 35 years, this was absolutely our favorite.

We had a wonderful stay and we eat at the Mismaloya Grill every night. It’s always a treat to come back to the beach to visit Rocky / Roger and Tony. We would have stayed longer if our friends condo didn’t get cancelled.

Week long stay with my husband

Beautiful property, condo is clean and spacious.unbelievable views, lots of restaurants around on beach and in the village. It’s accessible and a great place to spend the week. The pool has plenty of lounge chairs, never too busy.Only complaint would be the bedroom. Bed is bouncy and uncomfortable. Hard to sleep if the person next to you moves even a little. Street noise is loud from bedroom so make sure you bring ear plugs or a white noise option. Otherwise that, had a beautiful stay!
