The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, pots, pans, and all utensils to cook.

The master bedroom has an ultra-comfortable king-size bed with a high-end mattress. This room features an ensuite bathroom, a smart TV, large closet space, and is fully air-conditioned.

BATHROOMS
There are two and a half bathrooms in this beautiful condo, both bathrooms have rain shower heads and are fully stocked with quality bath and beach towels.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Visitor’s policy: Visitors are allowed (2 per time), from 9 am to 11 pm, they must register at the front desk and leave an ID. They are also allowed to use the common areas.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
