Visitorâs policy: Visitors are allowed (2 per time), from 9 am to 11 pm, they must register at the front desk and leave an ID. They are also allowed to use the common areas.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out, it is your responsibility to replace them.
