Den PENINSULA Condominium är en av de mest lyxiga villa i Puerto Vallarta, Mexiko. 24 timmars säkerhet. Halvön är omgiven av reflektionspooler vilket ger den en illusion att vara på sin egen ö.
Vi är på 6: e våningen (lika 8: e våningen höjder), på premium plats, hörn enhet med fri utsikt och största oändlighet pool i Puerto Vallarta.

Centralt ligger halvön på hotellzonen, en kort promenad till La Isla köpcentrum. Peninsula Shopping Center, restauranger och Soriana Supermarket. Det tar 10 till 15 minuter för taxi till centrum / Gamla stan, golf, flygplats, småbåtshamn, flera restauranger, barer, stränder och Malecon (styrelsen promenad).

Denna vackra lägenhet är mycket rymligt hem på 3 400 kvadratmeter som är professionellt dekorerat med modern stil och några tropiska accenter. Hemmet har fyra sovrum och fyra badrum, en jacuzzi, garderober, byrå och en värdeskåp.

De fyra sovrummen är utrustade med 2 kungar, 2 drottningar och 1 full säng med Serta-madrasser. Enheten har 4 stora balkonger linda runt hem med golv till tak dörrar med spektakulära hav, berg, eller utsikt över staden från nästan alla rum i huset.

Absolutely beautiful property! Richard, the owner, was in great contact from before our arrival until the day we left. Oswaldo, the property manager, greeted us when we arrived, walked us through everything, and even shared tips on local activities and attractions. Richard also sent us a list of their personal favorites in the area, which was a wonderful touch.Our only hiccup was that the Wi-Fi was down during part of our stay. However, Richard, Oswaldo, and his brother Armando communicated quickly and worked hard to get it fixed as fast as possible.The property itself is spacious, well-stocked, and offers the most incredible views. The only downside is that on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, there’s a club just below that plays loud music from about 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Otherwise, it’s a truly stunning place to stay.

Great Property To Stay In

The Peninsula is a wonderful property to stay in. Many amenities, very close to grocery stores, shopping, and fun things to do. The condo is perfect for a large group with space for everyone to spread out. We love the view of the water and skyline. The owner were very accommodating and for a small fee let us have a later checkout. Everyone said they had a wonderful time.

The owners communicated and responded quickly with any questions I had. They also sent emails with suggestions on places to eat since we had never been there. Extremely pleased with the spa services available on the property. Reasonably priced and massage was so great we all booked a second one. Very relaxing stay…. Wish we could have stayed a few more days!

The living space, views, staff , amenities, beach and location were absolutely perfect. The owners and condo manager were extremely helpful and very responsive to messaging and calls. Would highly recommend. I would not plan to be there again near Holy Week due to loud music.

Beautiful views

The condo is beautiful and incredibly spacious, and the entire facility is stunning, especially the pool and beach area. The staff were all amazing, and communication was top-notch throughout our stay. We saw whales everyday! The outdoor club next door is quite loud from 2 PM to 9 PM on Fridays through Sundays.

Filthy and maintenance needed-owner refused to make right

Floors were filthy and the bed linen was soiled and torn. Bathroom sink didn’t drain and mold was all around the faucet handles. The bathroom ceiling fan had an inch of fuzzy dirt caked on it. Toilet seat in one bathroom not attached and broken in another room. Bathtub/spa had a significant leak so couldn’t be used. dishwasher didn’t work. Washing machine scooted across the floor and made a terrible racket. The music from the business right next door was torture but my issues are the condition of this place. Ice maker didn’t work. The reason the place is in this condition and no attempt to make customer happy is because they are going to remodel and sell. I have never stayed in a place that was so filthy. So glad we did not end up bringing home bed bugs. I should mention that we contacted the maintenance guy three times to get a toilet seat . It took 4 days!

View of a lifetime

The condo was beautiful, exactly as shown! We had such a great time and saw whales and dolphins right from the balcony numerous times! The complex was perfect for us, we enjoyed the massages & pedicures as well! The kitchen is fully stocked- we especially loved the air fryer & used it daily! The condo had games for us to play as well. The pool was perfect. Only wish- is for kayaks to be available & binoculars.

Amazing Vallarta Condo!!

We stayed in this amazing condo for 2 weeks, and it was wonderful in every way! Well appointed, great location, incredible views of the Bay and the ocean. All of the amenities were first-class from the workout area to the spa. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful!! Richard is an excellent host and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!!

Ideal vacation home.

The property is beautiful, situated in a great location, near grocery store, restaurants. Fantastic pool and adjacent to the beach. Located between the airport and the Malecon. I highly recommend this place.

Location, location, location!!!

The luxury condominium was incredibly amazing and the view! We had the most gorgeous sunrise’s and sunsets! The condominium is big, there were 8 of us total and we had plenty of room and our own space! The security and Oswaldo and Armando were great . Perfect family vacation

The building was in great shape and the people were so warm and helpful. The unit is just as it appears in the listing other than a couple of minor issues. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. The infinity pool was better than expected. Ubers are cheap so staying away from the action was not a problem.

The perfect vacation stay

Such a fantastic vacation home. The views are breathtaking, pictures cannot do them justice. The home is furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed fireworks every night throughout the bay and sky divers landing on the beach right in front of the building! The kids loved the pool and mom, dad and grandma enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and taking in the sights. The concierge was friendly and helped with reservations and any questions we had. Especially enjoyed the massages. Really going to miss those. Richard and Aimee have a beautiful home and we really enjoyed being their guests. Would do it again in a heartbeat.
