The condo is spacious and sun-lit, offering plenty of natural sunlight coming from the oversized private balcony. It is located in the highly desirable Zona Romantica neighborhood, truly the most authentic and magical part of PV.

The centerpiece that steals the show is building's rooftop pool, which overlooks all of Zona Romantica, the Bay of Banderas, and the surrounding mountains. The views are truly 360-degree, which is quite rare in PV. The rooftop contains several chaise loungers, a BBQ grill and kitchen, outdoor shower and plenty of seating and dining options.

Featuring brand new furniture, appliances and fixtures, our unit is freshly updated to give you all of the modern comforts of home. Meticulous touches and colorful nods have been added to create the perfect mix of modern and authentic. Our spacious bedroom features a plush King sized mattress, soft linens and extra pillows to enhance your comfort. It also contains a Smart TV, oversized walk-in closet, plenty of clothing storage options and sliding doors to the balcony. The unit also has a washer/dryer, which is yours to use at your convenience.
