"The hotel staff were absolutely amazing and by far the best part of our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed assistance. They truly made us feel welcome.
Unfortunately, some of the facilities shown online were disappointing. We never saw the rooftop terrace and didn't even know it existed during our stay. The advertised beach bar was also nowhere to be found.
The beach below the hotel was not as clean as it appeared in the photos. On the private beach, you could either rent sunbeds or simply bring your own towel and lie on the sand.
Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast and was perfectly fine. However, I would not recommend having dinner at the hotel. The food was overpriced for what it was. For example, we paid for a pie one evening, only to find the exact same pie being served in large quantities for free at breakfast the next morning. The other dishes were not good value for money either.
There was an indoor bar, and you could order drinks there to enjoy by the pool.
Overall, while the food and some of the advertised amenities were disappointing, the exceptional staff made our stay much more enjoyable. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help deserve five stars."
