A cozy 60-square-meter apartment with a private entrance, sleeping up to 2 people, located in a quiet residential area of Pula. The apartment is arranged on two levels, connected by a flight of stairs. For this reason, children are NOT ALLOWED.

- KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils;

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, TV, split A/C, and access to the courtyard;

-> UPPER LEVEL

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, dresser, TV, and split A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and split-system air conditioning (one unit in the living room and one in the bedroom), ceiling fan, washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

One uncovered parking space reserved for guests is available.

A sofa bed (for one person) is available only upon request.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the municipality of Pula, which is 0.50 cents or 1€, depending on the season.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is allowed to operate and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Note: Completing registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
