Residenza Blu Marino – relax just 250 m from the sea

Just 250 meters from the beach, easily reached on foot, this welcoming end-of-terrace house is the perfect retreat to enjoy the sea in total relaxation, with all the comforts of home.



The spaces are designed for families and groups of friends: a double bedroom with a comfortable bed and built-in wardrobe, a second bedroom with three single beds that can be joined to create another double, and a double sofa bed in the bright living area. The house can therefore accommodate several guests practically and comfortably.



Every room is air-conditioned and fitted with mosquito screens. The compact, modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle—perfect for feeling at home right away. The living area also features satellite TV and a safe.



The real highlight is the large outdoor area: a private pine grove of about 300 sqm, fully fenced and lit, ideal for relaxing or letting children play safely. You'll find a table and chairs for outdoor dining, a lounge set, sun loungers, barbecue for your grills, outdoor shower with hot water, and private parking inside the property. Outside, there’s also a washing machine and a sink dedicated to washing swimwear.



Right in front of the house are a children's playground and the bus stop, which, from May to October, connects the area conveniently to Pula.



For little ones, upon request at the time of booking through the platform, a travel cot, bed rail, and booster seat are available.
