“It was very nice and well maintained, room was super hot without window open but that’s not a big deal, definitely need to me more open about the fact that’s it’s a shared space kind of hostel thing cuz I was unaware till arrival and I’ve seen many others also not get enough warning other then “shared fridge and microwave” on the page but overall good for price ”

“Stayed here for an event at United Center. Great location although we ended up driving there because we had a child with us but it is walkable. Clean rooms. Free breakfast with large selection and staff kept the area well stocked and very clean! No issues with parking but staff advised that we use the parking lot in back for security since we had a BMW. Swimming pool was small but clean and warm. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“We stayed in the room in the apex of the triangle. The square footage is reduced by poles supporting the overhead loft bed and a tv that juts out from the wall. It’s like the place is booby trapped. The only storage is under the loft bed so plan on smacking your head at least once until you learn to keep squatting and ducking. The water from the shower trickles into the floor. It gets slippery. “The hotel is nicely located in Chicago, within walking distance of some very cool areas. However, the hotel itself feels quite old and not very clean. You can clearly see dust, stains, and even some old hairs in the room. The carpet is unattractive, and the bathroom has mold in several places. There was also a lot of dust or greasy buildup around the electrical outlets.
If you stay on the 8th floor, as we did, you may have to wait a long time for the elevator. In the mornings, the cleaning...
