In the second upstairs bedroom, there is also double bed.
The third bedroom (groundfloor) contains two single beds.

The master bathroom has a toilet and and a bathtub with shower.

The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower

• Security deposit: €100 to be paid in cash upon receiving the keys (unless booked through Airbnb). The money will be refunded at the end of your stay assuming no damage has occurred.

• Bed linen and towels are included.

• The beaches in San Juan are between 15 and 45 minutes walking from the house, depeinding on whiich one you choose to go to.

If you wish to hire baby equipment, for example a travel cot or a high chair, this can be hired at 3,5 EUR per item, per night.
