“The room was clean. The body wash was completely empty so I went to the front desk to ask and they said they don't have any and handed me a bar of hand soap. The shower head was barely putting any water out of it and would only go to burning hot water no matter what I did. The elevator kept moving even though the door opened every single time I was on it. The breakfast was good.”

“They charged another $ 50 for something without telling me and I still don't know what that for and obviously no receipt. Very small selection for the breakfast (no donuts). Coffee was weak. Room was very depressing and so was the hotel in general. Was not able to get a reciept either. Shuttle to the airport was convienient but super unclear how, why, where, and if I should pay for it. ”
