“The staff were friendly and always helpful although they should hire more staff. Staff should be checking rooms every other day for amenities. Breakfast was good though they should change the menu often. I don't like the flip-flops being retained. For hygenic purposes they should let the customers take it or have them replaced after each tenant's use.”

“TI has been around for many years but still has one of the best pools in Subic. Rooms are ok and have been redecorated but are still simple, like in most hotels here. ”

“Helt okej hotell med trevlig och service minded personal. Ligger tyvärr lite avsides från Olongapo/Freeport Zone. Kostar c:a 100-150 pesos att åka tricycle till infarten av Freeport Zone. Därefter får man ta taxi eller gå till Harbor Point som kanske tar 15 minuter eftersom tricycles inte är tillåtna att vistas i Freeport Zone. Taxi tillbaka kostar c:a 300 pesos. Över 300 pesos så blir du rippad på pengar. Närområdet har restauranger, barer mm. Nyttja inte minibaren som var dyr.”

“Rummet bra men det skanade nästan fönster. Det som fanns mycket litet och det satt ända uppe i taket. Kunde inte öppna för vädring. Duschhuvudet var igensatt så de vattenstrålar som kom ut var som synålar. Nackdelen var Wi Fi. Den fungerade bra men jag var tvungen att byta kod varje dag och jag är fortfarande inte säker på när koden skulle bytas. Övrigt bra vad läget beträffar och personalen perfekt.”
