“The location was amazing. We got the sea facing room which we really loved for the view and sound of waves. All of the staff members were great , polite, professional. The property was very safe and private. The deep cleaning was great, especially the helping lady, Reselida, was amazing. Thank you for hosting, i hope to visit again :) ”

“Coolt och spännande hotel nära stranden men dessuten mitt i djungel, ca 5 min att gå till stranden.. (det ligger på djungel sidan) så bra location med många restauranter och butikker i närheten. Vårt rum var fint inrett och det fanns också en takterass! Glöm inte ta med ficklampa då elen gick och det var otroligt mörkt att gå hem på kvällen.
Vi hade dock läst att det ingick kontinental frukost och beach access men på beach cluben var vi tvungen att betala för att ligga ca 2000 pesos som var...

“A small cozy hotel with many advantages. The hotel's beach is magical with a fantastic view out to sea. A small beach bar with food and drinks and lovely sunbeds under the palm trees. The location is quiet and made for relaxation and pure enjoyment. If you want more outdoor life, just follow the beach a little to the north and a little to the south there is an untouched nature reserve as a contrast. “The staff are really nice and accommodating . Especially Theresa . She’s sweet and anticipates our needs.
The place has no amenities but you have access to Ahau which is the sister hotel . But I like the atmosphere here in Ganesh - the location is perfect, if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of typical resort this is a good place for you .
The beach is nice and the only downside is it’s on the strip of clubs that can be loud at night but they stop playing at 1 am. Somehow all of us slept ...

“This place is so special. It is absolutely beautiful and the staff are incredible and so attentive. My fiancée and I stayed here mid November and the beach and water were so clean. The food and drinks were beyond delicious. Special thank you to Ricardo who made our stay at Umi extra enjoyable and upgraded our room. We will miss this place but definitely be back ❤️”
