Hotell nära Punta Borinquen golfklubb

"We stayed here for 16 nights. The check-in process went smoothly; some of the staff were very friendly while others were just okay. No one was rude, but the level of service was not particularly high. The photos on the website/Hotels.com are not representative. They show a golf course and a beach, neither of which are located nearby. You need a car to be able to enjoy them. The surrounding area consists of abandoned hotels and an industrial zone. Because of this, I would not choose the same hotel again. The hotel restaurant is a small bar; the food is okay—nothing more. Whenever we ate there, we never received exactly what we ordered; there was always something that differed. When ordering drinks at the bar, they were very inconsistent—sometimes good, but often completely wrong. Room cleaning varied: sometimes it was good, but often they only straightened the duvet without making sure that amenities were restocked. If you pull back the curtains, it is clear that the windows have not been cleaned for several years. The area is loud, also due to the A airport nearby. Unfortunately, not very good overall."
