  • This 2022 ground floor condo with UNLIMITED GOLF during your stay is fully furnished and overlooks the 18th Fairway with beautiful sunset and lake views from your private lanai.

    Located in beautiful Southwest Florida, Babcock National Golf & Country Club is the is situated on a 460-acre 18-hole championship course, designed by Gordon Lewis, that navigates its way through the community providing a great experience for golfers of all skill levels.

    GOLF MEMBERSHIP included with your rental. For only the cart fee, you can play as much golf as you like during your stay. You also have access to Babcock National's gated community private resort-style amenities for a $25 amenity card fee, paid to Babcock National HOA directly upon arrival, such as tennis, pickle ball, pools, tiki bar, spa, clubhouse and 24-hr fitness center.

    Enjoy the Babcock Ranch lifestyle with food trucks and live music Fridays and Saturdays in Founder's Square, and the Farmer’s Market on Sundays. Babcock Ranch also offers many community events in addition to restaurants, a grocery store/pharmacy, along with many other eateries, shops and businesses.

Great long-term stay

The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked for our long-term stay. The host was very responsive and thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. It is one of the best-stocked and well appointed properties out there in my experience. The location was great on the first floor with easy access to the pool and fitness center. Wonderful property and wonderful host!
