Beautiful Condo and Community

We had a very enjoyable stay. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. Loved the marina view, friendly people and Burnt Story community. We would highly recommend this condo for your future vacation.

Wonderful view!

We really enjoyed our two week stay. The condo was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. The pool was very close which was great. Neighbors all seemed very pleasant. We never tired of watching the boats come and go and watching the amazing manatees.

Relaxing

The property is well maintained, great location within the complex. Within walking distance to everything within Burnt Store Marina. Enjoyed seeing dolphins and manatees playing in the marina. The property is in great shape considering the hurricane was several months ago. We would visit again!

Ideal Location

We loved this well appointed condo conveniently located on the ground floor with awesome marina views from the lanai. Located in a gated community with pool access, golf close by, good walking neighborhood and nearby popular Cass Cay Restaurant & Bar. No complaints other than mattresses were not that comfortable for us.

Punta Gorda condo

The first two days at the condo I spent too much time trying to get the condo cleaned. Upon arrival I emailed the hospitality agent and described how dirty the unit was the next day I had to call text and email to find out the status and finally on the third day they came and cleaned the unit. The first three days of my vacation was very stressful with communications back-and-forth just to be comfortable in a clean unit. It was unacceptable.

Loved the apartment and its location. However, the marina is being rebuilt ( which we did not know when we booked) and there was a lot of banging going on outside from Monday through Friday. That was disappointing as we could not relax on the lanai.
